I absolutely LOVE that Dr. Treadway does soft tissue work in addition to chiropractic adjustments, because it often so needed. They also offer cupping, dry needling, and other services that l'm sure l'm completely unaware of. They accept insurance too, which often makes them much more affordable than most other chiropractors. I have Tourette Syndrome, which makes me a complex and easily injured patient, and unlike multiple other chiropractors, Dr. Treadway has never ONCE mentioned that I need to stop doing my tics or guilted me for doing them, which I SOOO appreciate because it would absolutely crush my spirit and make me feel so so discouraged. I actually thanked her for that at my most recent appointment and she said something like "Why would I make you feel bad or tell you to stop doing something that you have literally no control over?" She is truly so patient and incredible. Location-wise, they aren't the closest chiropractors to my house (I live south of Franklin and they are in North Franklin), but if necessary, l'd drive even farther to be adjusted by Dr. Treadway because of how much better I feel after her adjustments by her. Highly highly recommended! I also take my elementary aged child who can be a handful and Dr. Treadway is so patient with my child a gives my child such thorough adjustments. My child really likes going to see her. I should also mention that my husband gets adjusted by Dr. Davis and is very pleased with Dr. Davis' adjustments. The 7:00am appointments they offer are very convenient for him because he works close-by in Cool Springs and is able to get adjusted before work. Lastly, I wanted to mention that we would still go to Drs. Davis and Treadway if they didn't accept insurance because they are so exceptional. The fact that they do is just the icing on the cake.

Dr. Long was gracious from response time via phone to in-office / "bedside manner" to personal follow-ups. His personal experience with chiropractic needs has fueled his drive and has produced an unparalleled doctor. He did not diagnose our child BUT he was the first to suggest we should investigate tongue-tie issues... we went to Dr. Baxter in Birmingham (best baby dentist/surgeon of all time) and our child did in fact have a tongue tie! This all came after we met with a hospital lactation specialist and a pediatrician, both did not catch tongue tie! So again, God-send of a chiropractor. We continue to take our kid and Dr. Long is so gentle and wonderful with children. Now my husband sees Dr. Long, as well. Dr. Scheitel had been to a good school so I thought he could do a good adjustment. When I went in the first day I had to pay over $400 for x-rays and treatment. After the treatment he said he knew he didn't get the spine to adjust and asked me to come back the next day. I knew he didn't get it and said I would come back. I had been to other chiropractors that the spine had adjusted and they asked me to come back the next day to make sure it was still in place. They never charged me for that. When I came back the next day he did the same procedure and the spine didn't get realigned and he knew that and told me the same. He said he wanted another "crack" at it and asked me to come back the next day. I felt bad for him that he didn't get it but was glad he wasn't giving up. Each time I came back (5 days in a row) they never asked for a payment, nor did I expect to pay because he didn't get the spine to adjust and he asked me to come back, I didn't ask him. Why would I want to come back and pay more when he couldn't get my spine aligned? After a week I gave up and went to another chiropractor in Spring Hill, Dr. Jeremy Johnson at Back to Health and adjusted my spine the first time. A week later I received a bill for almost $500 dollars. They had charged me every day even when he didn't get the spine adjusted. When I went to let them know I didn't request to see the Dr. and he never got the spine adjusted and the secretary was rude. I asked to speak to the doctor and she said she handled all that. They have since turned me over to collections because I refuse to pay them because they never performed the work. Do not use this "doctor."

They did X-rays and a full exam and showed me everything that was wrong (and right) about my spine. Gave me a full treatment plan. Set up everything through my insurance.
