I asked why no air in the tires they say over strap it down. That's why you seen it low. Then I see some cut on the tires. I took a pictures before he unloaded from tow truck soon as I take it into the property tried to cut the grass. I had a flat tire then I called the rental company Lawnmower has a flat tire I look what's wrong with it I saw screw in the tire. I told him that screw into it they told me in the grass has a screw. This is the third time in the past two years I have encountered her and she made some backhanded remark towards me. In the past year, I've spent over $10,000 at this business and I went to return $300 worth of stuff and she was wanting to tell me no that they don't take things like this back when the items were defective. Last I checked it was the defective items fault not mine so don't treat me like I'm some sort of criminal. I'm relatively new to the area, but this is the first I've heard of any of these policies, Lowe's I visited frequently in bigger cities, such as New Orleans, had no problems making things right when there was an issue. However, this is the worst Lowes in the world, and apparently the staff has been empowered to make decisions on behalf of the entire corporation. This is the same woman who refused to accept legitimate Lowe's pro coupons I was sent via email once previously. This lady is costing your business hundreds of thousands of dollars in Sales because she doesn't know what customer service is. Once again, I am reminded why I have to make the 30 minute trip to Home Depot instead of going right around the corner to your shop. Check yourself.
