I went in to the store and the agent there named Rocky was very helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately understood what I needed and said that it would be no problem. He had the OEM screen along with a cheaper knock-off brand. As usual you get what you pay for, so I opted for the OEM part. Said he'd have it done in an hour. So my wife and I ran another errand and came back. He was just finishing up with my phone. The new screen was so much more brilliant than what the old was, even before breaking the glass! He did a professional job and was pleasant to work with. I'd highly recommend this store with Rocky doing the work. I would definitely return if needing any cell phone repair in the future.

It's clean, organized and the prices are fabulous! I travel from Columbus to Hamilton, at least once a month, just to shop at Focus or make donations. My advice when shopping there is to take your time and be sure to look up! I've found some of my favorite buys, up high on shelves. I've purchased home décor, linins, children's toys/books, clothes, furniture, cookware and new shoes in the boxes, at Focus! Many name brand items can be found there. It's only opened for shopping on Thursdays - Saturday, so check out their website for times and special occasions. You'll be glad you discovered Focus!

The afternoon we were supposed to receive delivery, we took the initiative and called them. They explained that it never was loaded the night before for delivery (thanks for the phone call). Rescheduled delivery for 2 days later. Took off of work again. The afternoon we were supposed to get our bed delivered, we received a phone call saying there was in "incident" and they wouldn't be able to deliver that day either. Wanted to reschedule for a 3rd time. Uhhh. No thank you.
