Paul was rude and very unprofessional. I've been seeing Paul…read morefor several years for DOT physicals to keep my CDL license. I've never been more disrespected by Paul than I was on my last visit. Because of the time crunch I was on, I drove 100 miles to see Paul for the scheduled DOT physical. I showed up early, went through the physical and paid for the service. At the end of the physical I received a medical DOT card along with the medical paperwork I specifically asked for within hearing distance of Dr. Paul, with all my medical information on it as well as the Dr's notes concerning my visit. I specifically asked for the paperwork portion of it because I needed that hardcopy to turn in with additional paperwork to keep my CDL license, active. Never had any issues on my past visits. I drove another 100 miles back home. I get home after my visit with Dr Paul and realized the medical paperwork was not completed by Dr Paul. So I called to asked him to complete the paperwork I paid him for and email it to me ASAP. He said, he would have his secretary email it when she comes in a couple days later. I told him I needed it today because I needed to have my CDL paperwork turned into the state in 8 days to keep my CDL active. He told me he would not be able to email it to me today and noted that I would have a couple days left to turn it in once his secretary emailed it to me in a few days. More rude behavior from Paul. He told me I would have to drive back if I wanted it today. Another 200 miles for a total of 400 miles for one 30 minute visit. Once I showed up to get my completed paperwork from the secretary. Dr Paul just looked at me as I walked by, Nothing said to me. Not even a wave/smile. He just looked at me as if I was an major inconvenience to him. Not even an apology for making me drive 100 miles back to his office to get paperwork that should've been completed at the time of service. I received this unprofessional treatment even after one of my visits the secretary forgot to charge me for my service, and once I got to my vehicle in the parking lot, I realize I didn't pay the Dr and walked back into the office to make sure he had gotten paid for the service that he provided me that day. I guess I should've just left and forced Dr Paul to come and get their payment from me once they realized they hadn't charged me. Quality of service provided by Dr Paul has drastically changed to very poor service if you ask me. Pretty sad

I had waited a few weeks to see if my pain would subside but when it didn't, on July 21, 2021, I found this business not too far from our new home. They charged me $50 that day which I paid even though I knew my insurance copay is just $20. I received a statement from them this past week (5 months later) which is billing me another $20. I called my insurance company; they looked up the claim made by Nature's Way and told me that the original charge of $50 was not mentioned in their claim but it showed I made a $50 payment on July 21st. They agreed that my copay is $20 and they feel I paid that on the day of service. And because there was no claim for the $50, the $30 credit should come back to me. I called Nature's Way after talking with my insurance company and I spoke to a very rude person who insisted that the $50 charge was for an office visit fee which Medicare does not cover. My wife than got in on the conversation and told her that our insurance company said that this $50 was not claimed so it is a nonissue. This very unprofessional person hung up on us. They did not tell me what that $50 was for when I paid it. Now I realize that it is an "office fee", which in my vast experience with chiropractors, I have never been charged an office fee before. The service I received from one of their doctors did absolutely nothing to relieve my pain. Two days later being very uncomfortable with the sciatic pain, I drove over one hour to visit the chiropractor I was seeing before my move. After just one adjustment, I was totally without pain. So getting this new bill for $20 has totally ticked me off! Don't use Nature's Way Chiropractics unless you like throwing away your money and dealing with a very unprofessional office staff. UPDATE: I have reached a settlement with Nature's Way this morning. It is agreeable to both me and Nature's Way. The lady who called me was very nice.
