Clean Freaks has always done such a good job, my house sparkles when they're finished. The first time they came in they deep cleaned my house and cleaned things that's never crossed my mind to clean them before. Now they maintain their work and do other tasks like cleaning the refrigerator or folding laundry. I thought it would be kind of weird having people all around in my house, but it hasn't been weird at all. All of the cleaners have been super kind and very professional. Clean Freaks have been super helpful and have relieved so much of my stress. Now I can spend more time with my baby than worrying about when I'll get the cleaning done!

Clean Freaks 405 is that guy. Thanks to them, I just found out the glass in my cabinets (that I've had for 6 years) isn't supposed to be cloudy and I am a generally clean person! They do all of the tasks they say they will do and if they have extra time they look for MORE to do without me having to tell them what to do or taking a break instead. I have worked many places over the years and finding someone, much less 4 people, who look for more to do when the job is done is almost unheard of. I could not be happier with their work.

Hired two ladies for 2.5 hours PLUS added on the fridge and oven cleaning to ensure they were done. Total cost of $275. Price was good. Ladies finished early as I assumed they would. I went by the house and did a quick walk through and everything looked and smelled great. Gave a 5 star rating (that I can't find anywhere to adjust). The rental company took a week before they went out to finish their review. Sent me a message that the baseboards and floors had not been cleaned - they could see dog hair. Honestly, I thought it was impossible. Contacted ECS and they asked me to provide pictures. So I went to the house to check - 45 min drive by the way. Sure enough. Using a broom, I swept up a lot of dog hair and dirt. Maybe they just missed the floors as the last thing they do. Took pictures of the dust pan full of hair and dirt, and dirty baseboards and sent to them. Called the company and they said I only had a 24-48 hour window to adjust. Since I already paid, the window had expired and I gave a 5 star rating, they are done. Said it was my problem. What I learned: Find a better cleaning company than Elevated Cleaning Solutions. Never trust a company that won't stand behind their work. Regardless of the window, this was an empty house and no one had been it in since them. Quite obviously a mistake they could have solved quickly. I have since cleaned the floors and baseboards myself. I will not be using this company ever again. Highly recommend you do the same.

Met with Loretta and her crew and went over everything that I needed done. Appliances in the kitchen were about 85% cleaned, kitchen cupboards and cabinets were 90% cleaned. All of my bathrooms were absolutely spotless. Toilets, tubs, sinks, mirrors floors everywhere in my bathrooms were amazing. Loretta and her crew wiped down banisters, bookcases, shelves in the formal living room, bar, den and laundry room. Loretta and her crew are prompt, personable and do a job that is satisfactory. I would recommend Loretta and her crew anytime.

I worked with Kings Green for a few years having my house cleaned once every other week. the…read morecleaners are super nice but they do tend to not always be the same people if you're booked on different days so the cleaning is pretty inconsistent depending on who the crew is or how many people are on the crew. Also the ETA of when they arrive is always different so it's kind of a gamble of when you're cleaning will actually get done that day.The last clean they were an hour late of the eta they gave me because of another job they told me took longer than they expected. When they showed up with three people which they do from time to time, (it varies from two to three cleaners) and they cleaned my house which had had some construction, so it was a little extra dusty which I had mentioned earlier when I booked the cleaning, they up charged me by almost $100 more without telling me it would be more and when I asked about the charge after seeing on my statement tried to say because they were there longer than usual, even though that was not the case when they looked into it further they said it was because the extra lady was there and that cost more even though it never has before and they even didn't have to clean all of the rooms that they usually do and the reception lady was pretty rude and condescending about it. Unfortunately, the cleans are inconsistent. It seems like the billing has become inconsistent and honestly, the floors are still dusty, which is unfortunate since I had to pay almost 100 more dollars, will not be using them again.
