Now at the end of the summer my lawn looks fantastic, no weeds or grubs! I had my doubts as to how well the weed control and grub treatment would perform since Ottawa has strict pesticide rules. As I mentioned though, my lawn doesn't have any weeds or grubs so the products they are using worked great. The fertilizer kept my lawn plush and green all summer too. The customer service is great as well! I have called for information on a few things and they have always taken the time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed off the phone. One gentleman even went to Canadian Tire to check out some products for me! Like I said, very impressed with these guys and can't recommend them enough.

I got three quotes and their prices were very reasonable. The cedars look great and they also provided mulch and a long irrigation hose to make it easy to keep them looking great, as well as clear instructions on how to take care of them. And they warranty the job for a year. They came on time and got the job done in a few hours. In other words, they did a fabulous job! We were very pleased with their professionalism and good communication. We highly recommend them.

I used Yelp's service to find an arborist to trim a big tree. The system identified and linked me to this company. They replied fast ( thank you!) but asked for a photo of the tree. I sent them a photo. But then they sent me a note to try a specific tree service. Not them. Ok. I wanted to know why they passed me on to someone. They didn't explain but sent me again to the same company they named. Again I couldn't find anyone by that name except in Toronto. But I'm in Ottawa not in Toronto. I wouldn't have contacted this company in the first place because they do not advertise the kind of work I need. So it was Yelp's system that sent them to me. still they could have transferred me to an existing firm in my area or even simpler: say: we are sorry but we cannot help you. Oh well.

We fired them and went with Zoryk's - within 2 months, the lawn was revitalized and began to bloom. Mike Zoryk (the owner/president) gave us helpful advice on maintenance, in addition to his own hard work. Granted it wasn't cheap to renew the lawn, we had one painful summer. This year, we have continued with Zoryk's (and a lower price) and have continued to be quite happy with their services. They are reliable, and helpful. Many of our friends have now gone with Zoryk's and are similarly happy. We would highly recommend them!

And now, I have indentation marks where my tires have been, all over my driveway, and even after a month, they are still appearing. Since I've made the complaint to Medusa, they've done nothing, saying I should wait till March and they will return to see what can be done? That's 10 months after they paved? They ignore calls now, and will only respond via text. They actually sub contract out the paving, not told to me at any time until there was an issue, and kept telling me he would check with the contractor, but of course never did. He suggested that I deal with them? I would suggest to look elsewhere.
