I had seen an ad online for half price the first service. They came out randomly and I told the guy that the last guy never gave me a price. Can I please get a price? He measured and said I can't give you a price I don't have the numbers with me. Still haven't heard from them. They say they will do something and make promises then don't deliver. Used them for the past two years and prepaid for 4 applications for this season instead of the 5 we had the first year. A tech came a few weeks ago and gave us a 5th application that we did not want and left us an invoice. My husband contacted the company and they reduced our invoice by half for services we didn't ask for. He was told that we received an automated message and since we had 5 applications last year, they assumed we wanted the same. Even though we prepaid for 4!!! We were going to be done with them after this year after having to have them come back and reapply due to weeds and crabgrass. There is one tech who is decent. Where do I start? I have used their services for quite a few years. Each application is administered by an unfamiliar "tech" who must be shown our property lines or who knows where they spread their stuff? I have a dozen stories over the years, but will suffice it to say that we are done with them as of this fall, when they have deluged us with bills for their last feeble attempt to kill weeds and ants. When I asked if he really thought this weed killer would work so late, he said "Not really." Luckily I was home when another "tech" was preparing to aerate our yard, which I had specifically instructed them not to do when they announced they would be out the next day, weather permitting. As of 6/29/2022, this business still had not completed their service contract with the ACHS. We have since cancelled their service and are seeking a new company. Last year was our first year with this company and they got rid of our creeping Charlie plus our lawn grew, and was green, like a newly fertilized lawn. This year we had a 5 application contract, thank goodness it was prepaid in full and they don't have access to automatic payments from our checking account, as they came May 10 and then we didn't see them till after July 4. They still owe us 2 applications and today is Sept 26th. They told me they were coming last week (as multiple times the end of June and also July) and never came. Our lawn never looks fertilized after treatment and we have creeping Charlie again, plus none of the other weeds have ever looked treated after their service. I'm going to ask for a refund of our last 2 treatments and never use them again. read more

This is my forth year with Trugreen the past years my lawn has looked we, nice and green and weed free. This last treatment two weeks ago has left me upset. My grass is not as green and there are several large areas of lawn that are dead where it was treated for weeds. I attempted to email pictures of the damage to the company but it was kicked back because there email is full. I sent a customer service request from their web sight but received no call. This is my second season with TruGreen. Last year was great no weeds and the grass looked deep green. This season I have had two applications their are no weeds but the grass does not look the color it should. I called and talked to sherry and she said that I was on a service call list. Three days later no one has come to check on my lawn. Also when I call sherry does not display any sympathy not even a simple I'm sorry your not happy. Called today and left a message asking when I can expect a service call. Think I'm going to ask for a refund for the rest of the season and find a receptionist and company who give a damn. read more
