The employees at FAIRWINDS are awesome...shout-out to Sunita Rodriguez...who patiently helped us fill out forms, answer our questions and make the process easier. This credit union pays a higher interest rate than any of the banks I checked. Their credit card is interest free for the first 12 months and earns 1.5% cash back. The account we opened provides free checks, gives a rebate for any ATM fees anywhere. So glad we found this credit union!

The Leesburg 14th St branch does not answer the phone, the online appointment option show ZERO availability for the next 2 months!! I have tried to email Leesburg representatives and either receive an invalid email (thus they are no longer there?) or no response at all. Do not use this branch for anything, Bank of America should be ashamed that this branch exists. Banking. Corporate......you need to read these reviews and start cleaning up this branch!

We moved to Leesburg last year and this BOA location in particular is awful. Their online appointment system doesn't work at all and they never answer their phones. So the only way to set up an appointment is to drive to the location, and they're always busy with very limited tellers and other help. The Villages location is much better but for me it's over an hour round trip. Additionally, their ATM is almost always out of service. This location in particular needs new management.

This is a very difficult issue for my mother and for us. We needed to be added on to her accounts to assist with daily financial issues. Alysa M. Rossi quickly assisted us and was incredibly understanding and helpful. There was a lot of changing of her accounts and Alysa also gave us some suggestions that helped. They locked her account, but allowed the scammers to take $350 more dollars out 3 days later and then charged her fees. When we complained they closed her account because she was now a fraud risk. They wouldn't let her withdraw her sizable and rightfully hers money from the account They promise they will send her the money soon. One employee basically encouraged us to complain...so we are. Don't use Chase.
