Customer service is horrible. They can barely do simple things. After checking you in, you'll wait over half an hour if it isn't busy. When it's busy, you'll be there all day. It'll take 2-3 people to fill an order that's had been placed in advance. How hard is it, to take something from a shelf and put it in a bag? Really incompetent. Employees are rather rude and nasty, and even nastier when you complain about the service. I've spoken to the manager. He acts like he doesn't understand. read more

What a huge and spacious store compared to the Harrisburg location. All shiny and new and nice. I tried to go on opening day for their grand opening, but there were just too many people in line. Went the second day with no line and quick service. It was an awesome surprise to find out they were offering 20% off for the first visit to the new store, so nothing like saving some big bucks on a massive order! I should be good for a little while...I hope. I saw many of the same friendly (masked) faces from the Harrisburg store and all seemed to enjoy the spacious work area while serving patients. Happy workers are A large part of a positive consumer experience, so I'm glad for them and me. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants available nearby. My new regular stop. read more

First off let me start by saying that Trulieve is hands down the best dispensary in Pennsylvania. I will admit that my first few attempts at trying this dispensary last year did not go very well. I had a couple hick ups with a few bad apples but they have all been removed and replaced with the kindest most caring individuals that I have ever crossed paths with dispensary wise. They take time to make sure you truly understand each product and its effects as well as benefits. They have amazing discounts on some of the best products on the market and if you are a penny pincher like me you will never ever step foot into another dispensary after trying this one. They have an amazing first time customer discount that is valid all the way up to your 3rd visit and the rewards program is the best Iv seen and Iv been in the medical cannabis culture since 2018-2019! I have been to every dispensary since getting my medical card and for the last year since hearing about trulieve I have not went anywhere else. I am convinced that this is and will be the only dispensary you chose after giving them a chance like I did. The owner is very caring and truly believes that the patient must and will always come first! I am living proof to this testimony, iv had real meaningful experiences with them that you cannot just make up and in the end they did the right thing by sticking up for their patients. I would give this company as a whole a 9/10 rating and I would gladly give it a star striking 10/10 if they would hire me as a post harvest tech or a cultivation tech. ;) read more

Haley from camp hill is awesome, she's scary smart, easy to talk to and always smiling, show's crazy amount of experience. she gets you in and out while still making you feel welcomed, it's great. The whole crew are a very dope group of people! This place is spectacular. I often go in and ask for assistance, I still consider myself new as a purchaser. When I requested assistance I got to speak with Jamie and she was extremely knowledgeable about everything from the product down to the ingredients of the product. Kudos to her because I can't even pronounce some of the percentages listed on the packaging. So staff wise, to me, she was definitely top notch. Employees seem to enjoy themselves there as well. The facility is clean and well kept up on. It's also secure. Another plus to the location of this facility is that it's near a smoke shop as well, so you can purchase your product and any extras you need (that Harvest doesn't have) for it and walk a few doors down.
