Whoever manages this store needs corporate to take a walk through for the day. Employees stand around and talk while people flood the waiting area, then unlike any other Trulieve, they come over and check people in by random. This wouldn't even be such an issue if they didn't take 10 minutes in between each customer to check a new one in. read more

I've been going to the Daytona Beach location for over 3 years. Because of one employee, (Megan) who is amazing, I kept coming back. The service was super slow until the last few months. Today I asked them if they would fill out my punch card for days I couldn't due to not having the allotment to buy enough to use it. I missed 4-5 days of getting a punch on it and asked them if I could get it to reflect how much I've actually shopped with them and Silvia told me she wouldn't. But I was told last time I shopped they would, I just walked out before getting it done. Seriously what a shitty way to treat customers who come here 2-3x a week. read more

All locations are extremely slow You can put in pickup order check in express pickup and still wait 30 plus minutes when only 2 customers in store Not only that people can come in after people and get ahead of everyone both Daytona locations do the same thing other dispensaries in town who also have high quality products you are in and out with friendly and helpful associates. First time coming to this facility and first impression was the worst. I have never wait so long for my pick up order that i made an hour before. Worst service ever. 5 employees on a shift and there was no coordination. This place needs to improve their services. For example an express pick up line for customers that already place their orders. Its ridiculous that i have to wait 40+ minutes on the property for a order that was made in advance. Thats why i made the order, so i dont have to waist my time. Never coming back again!!! read more

Avoid this place! Three times in a row ordering online and going to pick up and they have sold out. Notice how their parking lot is usually empty, unlike it used to be. Their staff has a bad attitude and although they may have a large list of products you never know even after ordering ahead of time whether they will save the product for you. My suggestion, go to Growhealthy, much better treatment of clients, and if not there go anywhere else but Daytona Truelieve. read more

Was visiting Daytona Beach, Fl. for a Bike Event and I got my normal daily text with the days special well I happened to notice they had several items that had been out of stock at my local Trulieve! Jumped online and placed an order! Picked it up on my way out of town to head back home. TRULY IMPRESSED! I've come in this morning for my medication as I'm having a terrible day and in horrible pain. I walked in the front door and handed the lady my card and was told I had to wear a mask. Part of the reason I have my medical card is due to PTSD. A mask is something I am unable to wear for that reason. She told me I either have to wear a mask or I can't have my medicine. I thought you were here to help people not turn them away. I asked for curbside or any other solution and they insisted that they would not help me. I'm a disabled veteran and need this to survive and you've discarded me like a piece of trash. read more

As usual on preground day it's hard to grab em before they're gone, had 2 Double Cake in my cart at 8 am went to check out and they disappeared! I checked all locations close to me and no luck. I called the Daytona store and talked to a manager named Patrick and he was able to find a cancelled order and I was able to get the medicine I need thanks to Patrick who went above and beyond to help a patient. read more

45 mins wait on a Saturday night is freaking ridiculous. Why is all the NE FL Trulieves are slow? Daytona... slow. St Augustine... slow. Jax and Jax Beach... slow. I really don't get what takes so long. In California and Colorado you never have to wait this long. Must be the lack of education in Florida that keeps them moving slow. read more

the company of trulieve has gone to the money. they don't care about their employees, nor do they care about the patients that keep your doors open. disgusting how you treat your employees and the patients. employees only get 32 hours on their schedules. patients only get discounted products when the strain doesn't sell, then it will go on sale. i watched 10 patients walk out of the daytona dispensary because of wait times. thats at least a $3000 hit for the company. get your shyt together and take care of the patients and employees that do the work making you trulieve millions of dollars. read more

Being new to clinical marijuana everyone at Trulieve are very knowledgeable of the products they sell. They were patient with me while giving me a short lesson. Today Savannah took great care of me, answering all my questions. She is knowledgeable and as kind as can be.
