I walked in and was immediately stared at by the employee in the back--no greeting, no "welcome…read morein," nothing. He maintained uncomfortable eye contact in complete silence, then had me standing there unacknowledged while he played on the computer. Another employee went to the back and didn't return until I was already checking out. What made it worse was that three customers walked in after me, and each of them received friendly, welcoming greetings. When the employee finally went to retrieve my pickup order, he returned with a confrontational attitude. I genuinely don't understand what I did to deserve that kind of treatment. The entire interaction made me feel incredibly anxious, which is especially frustrating since managing anxiety is one of the reasons I even visit stores like this. There are much better places to go in Central Florida where you don't feel judged or treated negatively the moment you walk in. MÜV is miles better and will continue to earn my business.
