I got no notification other than when i called they answered Doc MJ. They were completely inflexible for a new patient. I explained that we had no notice and our prescriptions were expired. I asked to have the DR. Call me and they said they could not do that. This is a Doctors' Office, of course you can. No compassion they just want to make money, and they are the most expensive. Don't waste your time, money, or energy, and find someone who cares. It really is a shame as I liked my Dr., she is now just in the wrong practice. if I could -5 marks, I would.

I call the # and it says theyll call me back. took two days for them to call me back. They then told me they had to ask the dr and that would take another 2 days.... 2 days later they called me back and said that id need to ask for meds on my next visit which wasnt for another month. Really crappy. Im 59 years old with massive rods in my spine from a car accident and i dont need more meds? ok i guess ill just suffer for the next month. Also now that im on their website, those are CLEARLY actors and definitely not real patients. and how can they say "compassionate doctor" and then not have compassion when i need help with my pain?

The sign up process probably took maybe 10 minutes and then I went in to see the doctor. After 5 minutes with the doctor I was certified and ready to go to a dispensary. The doctor was very sweet. The front staff Zay and Johnny were helpful and kind and gave me free goodies! Definitely recommend coming here! My boyfriend went here as well to get his license and they were helpful with him as well. They also gave him a free book to write notes in about his journey.

I told her I was a long-time user of concentrates with a high tolerance, and she only prescribed me less than a months' worth but also said if I needed more, it wasn't an issue, I asked for more, she gave me another 5-day supply. So here I am looking for another doctor and wasted money on this one with 1 month to go before I can buy any medication again. I tried to speak with her directly one more time and was denied. I told the front desk "Nurses" I would seek another doctor and they were very dismissive and high condescension. This place is only about that initial visit and price they charge you. After that you are on your own. Seek a better doctor than this one, there are plenty that are willing to work with you. I will also mention during visit when we were talking about Florida Law Enforcement, I said overall I had a very positive experience. She then said that I had white privilege and that was why.
