I've been coming to this location and occasionally the Longwood location, and I've had no problems. When I'm ushered in, the CS rep has my order ready, we compare it to my printout, he affixes labels w/ my name on it, all discounts offered are applied no problem. Also, every CS rep has been helpful and friendly, answering questions and making recommendations. If I had to find something to complain about, it's the room's acoustics. The room is SOOOO acoustically bright, every sound is bouncing off every hard smooth surface, and the result is a headache and ringing in my ears that lasts the rest of the day. I hate to think what this is doing to your staff! Suggestion: start with acoustic ceiling tile - cheap, easy to apply on your existing drop ceiling, you could do the entire room in an hour or 2. Next step might be a couple of of those indoor/outdoor throw rugs. ANYTHING would help! If you can't do it for the customers' comfort, do it for workplace safety. read more

First of all I was the first person to walk in, they looked at me but nobody at the registers said a thing so I sat down then more people came in and stood in line so I got up and stood in line. Thinking the lady from the registers would remember noticing I came in first but of course not. Trying to use "express" pickups as an excuse when there should be some type of signage stating "wait here to check in" OR the budtenders need to use their customer service voice and say it with their chest: "Hello, wait right there to be checked in". I went in ready to spend $100 but was reminded why I go to MUV and Surterra. Better customer service and better weed. I sent them an email and they just replied with a breakdown of the new point system. That's not how to do business! Went to this location for the first time on a Friday and had a great experience. Others mentioned a long wait, but I was seen very quickly. I loved the enthusiasm of the employees who seem to be happy to help, but also knowledgeable of products and sales. Eddie T assisted me and made some pretty good recommendations. Went to store today to purchase flower and took my husband to the back w/me. We were waiting at the counter and browsing the tablet when Tony arrived and I tried to order he said my husband could not advise me on what to buy. We were talking about the items listed on the tablet; he wasn't ordering for me. We are husband and wife and were discussing at the tablet things like wow, look at this and such. Totally, uncalled for to make an assumption that was not true, well Tony, you become the first 3 letters of the word when you assume anything. If you purchase a flower in a 3.5 g container always open the lid and ensure the safety seal is intact if it is missing refuse it you are getting shorted probably around ,75 of a gram. It can easily go unnoticed if you are unaware of your roll sizes. read more

Anytime we go to this Trulieve, it's a pleasant experience. There is parking close to the location that allows for easy access. The staff is always friendly and they offer great suggestions and answer any questions that we have. There are always deals going on and the staff informs us of them as well. They also offer complimentary water as well. This facility is very clean and organized and is secure as well. My only suggestion is to make an appointment before you go, as it can get quite busy, especially during the evenings. read more

Absolutely horrible experience! I am a new patient and the way that I was treated by the AGM Michael Rivera was despicable. Something so simple turned into a three-hour ordeal and A DELAY IN PATIENT CARE!! He told one of his employees to come tell me while he sat in his office that he was not going to speak with me any further about the situation, just to call my phone ten minutes later repeatedly! And he only called me to then try to "talk" because I said I was calling corporate! He was rude, never expressed any empathy, and just a disgusting person!! I will never be back to this location, I will drive the additional 20 minutes to go to the location in Sanford! Literally, my situation could have been resolved by just suggesting I go to a different location since they were having IT issues. HE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO TOUCH MEDICATIONS AGAIN OR INTERACT WITH ANY CUSTOMERS! He deserves to stay in the back so no one should ever have the displeasure of being in his presence because he doesn't want to help you anyways. read more

Zero stars really needs to be an option here, as this place doesn't even deserve 1. The staff always has an attitude, they are slow, and always always always blaming someone or something else for their inadequacies. Today my husband went to pick up his order. He arrived at 8:30 and the door was locked and they refused to open it. They said they had too many people and wouldn't be able to serve them all by 9:00. Seriously, I absolutely refuse to go back to this location, and after today's little episode I highly doubt any member of my family and friends will either. The last time I was there it took an hour to get called back for my order which I had already check in for. About 35 minutes in an employee from the back comes out and proclaims he's going for a smoke break. The waiting room was full and it was about 25 minutes from closing. I mean what? Just one too many times now that I have had a more than disappointing experience using this dispensary. I should have put up my 1 star experience after each negative encounter, but, I try to give businesses the chance to improve and correct things that shouldn't be. I didn't, so, let's recap. Bait and switch. On 3 occasions between June - July 2021 what I purchased on line with batch data available, is not what I was sold when I arrived. While I was told that particular batch wasn't available (Always a higher THC%) I brought into question, why does the batch# on my receipt match the higher THC% batch#? *That is alleged employee back room switching. Dispensary personnel should not be allowed 1st pickings! and if they are now, why are patients and in my particular case, 3 times leaving with a product that had a batch# on it that differed from my receipt? And do you know what I was told by the Manager at this location when it happened the 3rd time and I presented pictures of my proof on the 2 prior instances? The manager responded that it is "MY" responsibility to check my receipt to ensure the batch number matches the product label before I leave. WRONG ANSWER! How many times will a patient order a product online that displays the product % only to arrive and find that product isn't available at that %? And usually like 5% lower. There is a product on the website on and off for weeks now that states it is at a certain %. Really? Not in dispensary and no batch data reflecting there ever was.*Is this False Advertising or another form oof Bait and Switch? What is "Approximate" mean to Trulieve? What does approximate legally mean in regards to a pharmaceutical product? When you see 30 x 50 mg capsules, one would expect approximately 1500 mg's. Yes? No? Is 1248 mg an approximate dosage of 1500 mg's? Mislabeled? False Advertising? *Today's experience ~ "0" STARS. Totally BS unsettled, unorganized, upsetting environment with NO SECURITY *Transitioning companies was the word inside. You didn't know your Security contract was up? Should anyone in the waiting room feel uncomfortable not knowing if an unruly patient is about to get clocked. Watching a patient come in, be told it was an hour+ wait (that really didn't make too much sense being there were only 5 patients in the waiting area) the gentleman got a bit loud questioning the wait as he was rightfully upset, as I already was where I had ordered last night and could have picked up last night and was told the same. Then the gentleman got loud, the Trulieve receptionist got a bit unhinged and told him that she was taking him off the list! Nice. As he said on the way out. Not coming back! And now I am at the counter to pick up my order. *The 3-4 associates had returned from lunch now....! The hour wait! lol On the drive over I received an email on "mini mania". Cool, I check it out, there is one of interest. Now here it comes. I asked if they had this. YES, I was told. I would like one please. NO, I can't. Excuse me! Did you order on-line. Yes, last night before this email and I am here now. No, sorry, I can't. Your really not going to sell me one? No, blame corporate! OK. #1. NO WHERE ON THE EMAIL DOES IT STATE ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY!! IT ACTUALLY STATES "in Florida locations only" OK Florida only, in locations. Nothing about Online -only. Absolutely nothing. Do not recommend this trulieve I have gone here twice and they have said my order was ready when I get there and they say they sold it to somebody else. You are much better going to muv right up road ! I am in and out of there super fast and they have way better products hands down !! You check in online they tell you it's express pick up and it will be ready then to come inside that your order is ready for pick up. I am always pleased with the level of knowledge and professionalism of the people at Trulieve. The place is clean and comfortable and the staff is just outstanding. Everybody that helped me today, EDDIE, NATHAN, NATHANIEL, we're all helpful and kind. My impression is that they are very empathetic and know the healing powers of cannabis. This Orange City location seems to have on going inventory issues. Waited 6 hours for my order today only to be called at 830 to be told they did not have my order and offered no resolution. At 830 at night it was too late for me to make alternate plans on getting my medicine. To add insult to injury the website at this time is till showing the product I ordered but was told unavailable as available(02/24/2022 929pm). Last time there they would not sell the keif that they did have when I walked in, however, going home and ordering on line I was able to get it that same day - amazing especially after 2 employees there on my morning visit told me they did not have any keif in stock (even though the website showed it as available) - one of them even walked in the back "Jacob" and came out and said he checked and there was none - a bold faced lie ! I read on another review by Jim M similar concerns / issues at this location. What really boggles my mind is with such a narrow selection of products how hard can it be in the digital age to keep proper inventory ?? Although I think part of the issue is internal with employees manipulating things to benefit themselves and their friends. read more

A lot of times, it's easy to leave a negative review because of course when we're frustrated, it's only natural to want to vent that. But I honestly have to say that I use this Orange City Trulieve location weekly, if not twice a week, and I have yet to encounter any staff who isn't always smiling, welcoming, and willing to bend over backwards for customers. I can only speak for myself of course but that has honestly been my experience. Anytime I've asked for help with something, they go out of their way to help me. They constantly ask me about savings and most of the time offer me promotions I didn't even know about. Yes, sometimes the wait is long... but that's any dispensary in central FL. And more often than not, if you correctly use their online check-in system... you can plan ahead for the wait as it tells you expected wait times. I think their staff is doing a great job at that location and should receive some credit. read more
