My first time here was AMAZING. The bud tender I had (I cannot remember his name, but we talked A LOT about Taylor Alderdice and Khalifa Kush) he was SUPER friendly and helpful. He was very efficient and charismatic. Nice guy. All they other staff I had seen talking to other customers all were smiles and laughs. Everyone there seems to be really nice and cool. they take forever, gave me the wrong items, then made me wait again to get the right items that they screwed up.

ive spent thousands here in the last 2-3yrs. obviously prices are taxed so high, but iv e placed orders & showed up waited 20-30 minutes in waiting room only for my order to not be there. now this week i place an order. get there they say 1 item is sold out so i buy the rest. supposed to be 7 items (8th item sold out) get home at 945pm, only 6 items in there. ive called 30x since then no answer. ive left 4 emails. no answer. straight beat me out of my order & no RESPONSE. terrible corporate trash can human beings read more

I went with #1 son to pick up his regular medical marijuana here at his local location. The wait here is unbearable and unprofessional. I usually go on my lunch walks and there may be approximately 5 people in line and it takes 45 minutes to get your meds. Today was unacceptable. I go after 12:45 at a late lunch, there are only 2 people ahead of me. I am sitting for about 15 minutes. The door guy is telling people coming in that something is happening. One person left, and another was deciding whether to stay or not. The person who checked me in said nothing at all to me about there being an extra wait (which at Truelieve means an extra long wait). I had to get up and ask him what was going on, and he finally informs me the state system is down. I have to work, and I have a job that I am responsible for that I need to return to. They have no concern about their patients. It is the longest, slowest, and wonkiest run operation that I have ever seen at a dispensary. Even though I live in Greenfield I am going to other dispensaries that get you in and out quickly or tell you that the system is down and there is an extra long wait. Today was unacceptable, but every experience before takes forever. I also never understood their express and online orders. It doesn't seem to matter at all. If you are express or a person waiting to talk to the pharmacist for an hour there doesn't seem to be any precedence, what's the point? I used to go here and have a really good experience every time and then they did this remodeling and hiring all these new people and you do not get the assistance that you once got here I pulled up the rewards program and the guy couldn't even look up my rewards for me he just told me he didn't understand it and yeah that's just a QR out front that's all he said on top of that I think I got flagged because the people here kept telling me to submit the financial assistance program application and now I can't even get an email back months later read more

Bad operation all around, cheap prices but you'll pay for it with horrific service and wait times.

Have always had really good experiences here. Even since they switched from solevo to trulieve, I really don't have a whole lot of complaints. However, recently trulieve donated a police dog to McKeesport Police Department named Tru. This causes me to think significantly different about the company as a whole. Allegheny county spends roughly 70% of its yearly budget on criminal justice. $80 million of which goes directly to Allegheny county prison. We don't need more money donated to criminal justice in this entire country - let alone this county. I will consider other dispensaries before visiting any trulieve. read more
