I think the prices are fine and staff is helpful. i've been here 10+ times and the longest i've had to wait is 30 minutes with an average of like 5-7 minutes waiting for walk in. I go when it's not rush hour traffic, so maybe that's why i don't have the same experience as some of these other reviews. Consistently terrible experiences. Astronomical wait times even for "Express" pickups with minimal unfriendly staff and manager. Ive waited so long to even get checked in by an employee that my name got booted off of the online waitlist I had already added myself to, and then proceeded to watch them take several walk ins that had arrived after me. No staff members can ever get the deals rung in correctly and then when the manager Mel gets involved she is condescending and rude. 0 stars if I could. Based off my experience Trulieve is the SLOWEST dispensary out of all the ones I have been to, specifically this RV location. However slowness doesn't equal 1 star. The people suck too. I'm all for using weed while you work if you are HIGH FUNCTIONING, but not if it makes you act clueless. I generally have a rule of thumb that if you don't have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all. Today was the final straw though. I went for the edible sale they were PROMOTING. Knowing they are generally slow & there were people waiting I asked the girl @ the counter if she was able to confirm gummies were in stock. And I quote " yeah they should be, we are running a sale on them". Okay cool...I'm not gonna push for a hard yes or no, but talk about lazy. How about you confirm knowing your wait time SUCKS. Maybe she doesn't have access to that, but thats a even bigger issue. Needless to say I waited 20-30 minutes to get called back & told they didnt have any of the ones on sale in stock.... Very simple fix - put a f*cking sticky note at the counter on your promo sign that says OUT OF STOCK....or sell me the ones you have at the sale price. They did neither. It's a shame because Kim Rivers seems to have some dirt on the industry or something because these things pop up everywhere & usually have the most options as far as different brands go. Final verdict? I will not go back, regardless of the sale or product. I've given them plenty of time to "get their shit together" but have seen zero improvement in service over the course of almost 2 years & icing on the cake is I get similar feedback from everyone else I know who has been there. read more
