We recently had our second termite service from Truly Nolen. And on the first job Robert Beckman performed the work and was a tireless, non-stop worker!! He did a great job, never stopping for breaks and his work was professional and thorough ! Our second job from Truly Nolen was just recently performed by another worker, Royce Teitgen, who was trained by the above Robert. Royce also worked non-stop all day tirelessly and thorough. The initial technician made promises that are not met. We purchased a plan for $1700.00. The woman promised to place detergent rocks around the property. She said they would service 2 a week. Then said the detergents would be serviced 1 a week. We have not been serviced. They placed trap boxes instead of rocks with a small amount of detergent, Truly Nolan said that they use a special metal to prevent rodents from entering attic. We still get rodents entering the attic. The service is not worth $1700.00. The monthly service plan that is in addition to the $1700.00 is poor at best. I would not refer Truly Nolan. read more

We started service with Truly Nolen just for ant services only. On the same day we started the ant service we were sent a contract for rodent servic. We did not request this service but Truly Nolen started this service anyhow and charged us a $1,200 start up fee. Once we discovered the fee on our charge account we contacted Truly Nolen about the fee. It took over a month to get the rodent service stopped and we did not receive a credit for the rodent fee. Do not do business with this company. They are untrustworthy. read more

So we were on our way into WinCo and we ran into Larry in the mouse car and we were all super excited mind you have four kids and we were like oh wow a mouse car and he stopped and he waved and he came up to us. Went around the parking lot. Drove all the way back over to us and gave us some frisbees and koozies and pencils and let me just tell you We have been having the worst morning that you could possibly have for this man to go out of his way to come. We were in dire need of pest assistance for a fleet of escape artist mob of mice and rat! It was maddening the nightly cha cha on my ceiling kept fme up for days. I contacted Truly Nolen and was put on their schedule. We were put on super hero Royce Teitgens schedule and I'm so grateful we were! He was completely honest and transparent! He let me know the total war scene up in the attic as well as a realistic time line. He did not mind coming back as often as I needed him to when I heard the cha cha slide events again. Each visit provided valuable insight to what was going on as well as rodent removal, we were making progress! Some would say he killed it! His supervisor Rob is who Royce gives credit for his expert training; He came as well and removed bags and bags of the evil rodents. Royce and Rob are top notch, I am visionally impaired and trust is extremely important to me, I felt comfortable with their level of conduct and professionalism while still being approachable. I am happy to report the nightly dance parties have been resolved and I give all the credit to Royce and Rob! Been with Company many years. Adapted during COVID with their Help issues by requesting after 3pm service and day before notification. We did this because our technician would be a new guy each time. We have dogs and need to show (train) him what areas are treatable without impacting their health. Trainer at this house is available after 3pm, not before. Worked well until they lost their manager and the routes are being run by the employees. Ask to speak to a manage and you'll get a pretend one. No living breathing manager is that rude at Customer Service. They now show up whenever and tell you, YOUR LUCKY WE EVEN HAVE SOMEONE TO SHOW UP. read more

I've been using Tuly Nolen pest control for several years. Guy has been our quarterly person for spraying and cleaning our webs. He is very efficient and knows exactly what I want done. He completes the spraying and cleaning in a timely manner and always reports any pest problems to me. The only thing with Truly Nolen is that you might have to contact them for appointments as they don't always let you know when a technician will arrive. Guy will always text me to keep me informed of his arrival time. read more

I was happy with the prompt response and service for the first month but everything went downhill from there. The technician Kevin is extremely detailed on the initial visits and follow up. It was unfortunate that Kevin was promoted and the new individual just could not deliver the same level of service. I would signed up for another year if Kevin was still on this route. The office has the worst customer service ever! Jerry who comes out is amazing, but we have nothing but issues with the office staff there. They do not call back, they do not communicate. We have a mouse problem and they have set traps. Well those traps work and then it takes days to get anyone out here to remove it. Our office smells so bad. Once again, Truly Nolen can't be bothered when it comes to returning calls. My tenant and I both reached out to them numerous times to set up a termite inspection. She left messages, with no response back and I actually spoke to a woman at the local office who said she would call my tenant back right away... nothing. I continue to use them for quarterly pest control service for over 10 years and they are decent with that, but I DO NOT recommend them for termite inspections. Kevin Crawford came out and did a thorough inspection and explained what I was facing between the mice and insects. He gave me my options...was very knowledgeable....and was fairly priced. Very professional. He even recommended a couple of local restaurants since I am new to the area. Overall, he made a potentially troublesome problem much less of a concern. Worst customer service over the phone!!! All I wanted was more information on the coupons shown on the website. The lady on phone was extremely rude, by the tone of her voice, she seemed bothered by my questions. She cleared told me she had no knowledge of any coupons and didn't know what was on the website and if I wanted information....I should read the coupon to obtain the information I needed. If all the information I needed was there, I wouldn't have called and asked for clarification on the service and discount. Clearly this lady needs to attend customer service training!!! read more

Okay so we have them as our pest control I will say we haven't seen a bug since they came but their people skills suck. The guy who came to spray our house that we paid 570 dollars because we suspected a flea infestation thought he was spraying for bed bugs and we were shocked when he told us we needed to have all our clothes in bags when we were never told this but he made some calls and we really didn't. He didn't even know what he was spraying for when he got here even though he was charging 570 dollars. This sounds iffy and not sure if they're doing their job right. read more

I have to say I'm pretty irritated that they will not tell you the pricing upfront. I specifically asked for a general idea of what it would cost for a rodent service because I needed someone here fast and affordable. He explained to me that every system and house is different so they'll customize something and the gentleman will tell me when he's here. I had to wait a couple days for the appointment and when the gentleman got here he was very nice, and upfront told me that the service starts at $850. Now maybe some people can afford that but this mama of five cannot and will not and I would never have wasted their time or wasted the time in between them getting here and now me having to wait till someone else can come out. This is ridiculous and you should be honest. Now I'm back to hiring the people that told me upfront it would be $250 on the phone but they can't come out until Monday. I called Truly Nolen by referral from a friend not knowing much about my issue, except there was a "crumby" substance coming from my wall all of sudden. I assumed a rodent or insect was the sudden cause. My issue ended up being termites. Steve M. came out to access my house and could not have been more friendly. I felt comfortable with everything Steve told me about my termite issue and the treatment plan. Steve wasn't pushy and made no effort to 'oversell' me on anything. It wasn't a cheap problem, but I feel I was given a fair price for the treatment. Robert B. came out to my house to do the actual termite treatment. Rob called before coming out to ask if it was okay if he arrived 20 minutes early. Great way to start a service! Upon arrival I showed him around so he could assess the places of treatment for himself and we discussed how he planned to work his way through the house. We quickly discovered I had been given a bit of different information on the treatment process than Rob had. He quickly got on the phone with Steve and it was resolved in minutes. The treatment plan includes treatment of the garage. I was not able to have the garage treated at this time, but both Steve and Rob assured me, when I am ready for them to come back out all I have to do is call them and no additional charges will apply. I would refer Truly Nolen. I called on a Friday and was given an assessment apointment for the next day, a Saturday, of a holiday weekend! The treatment date was my choice at my earliest availability. Added bonus, Rob saw a fire ant hill in my front yard while he was treating my eaves and took it upon himself to treat it for me as a courtesy! read more

We had our service April 26th 2020. Scheduled a folliw up May 9th. May 9th rolls around and our appointment time and no one showes. I call and they tell me there system is down. 3 weeks later still no call or follow up. A technician showes up at my house with out my knowledge. Again i get no call from the office for a follow up they just schedule another appointment with out my knowledge. Finally i get ahold of someone from the office get scheduled for June 18th and again no show. I called the office and they had no knowledge of that appointment no one showed on the 18th . I then was scheduled again for June 23rd and again for the fifth time no one showed ! This office is horrible the customer service is horrible no one returned your calls they schedule appointments without your knowledge and best of all day no call no show multiple time fits time very unprofessional ridiculous and I would definitely never scheduled another service with them! read more

Liking a pest control guy is akin to enjoying your dentist: it's hard to feel the love. Having said that, Truly Nolen did about as well as could be expected checking for problems and delivering the non-news. Very affable technician went through the whole house - seemed quite thorough and certainly worked up a sweat. Found an abundance of cricket droppings, a pigeon time share location and NO TERMITES or other nasty critters. Yippee! The inspection was free and the result was: go on about your business. The worst pest control company I have ever dealt with. First, they showed up for appt 45 minutes late. No phone call. I had to call to find out where they were. They scheduled a time to show up next day for service treatment and cancelled an hour before they were supposed to show up. Took day off for nothing. Said they couldn't do work for another week. I told them I would take my business elsewhere. They didn't seem to care. Apparently they have enough business. Don't need another yearly contract. read more
