I spent almost $800 on the service. Three months after their final spray, our tenant spotted a cockroach. When I reached out to the company, they told me that the warranty had expired after three months. For them, the three-month warranty starts from the date you contact them, not from the date of their last treatment. DO NOT CHOOSE - overpriced services and terrible business practices Dave, from Truly Nolen, used pressue tactics and threatened to call a collection agency for a property assessment fee the inspector actually waived. Both I and Truly Nolen have a record of the original property assessment document the inspector completed, which clearly states where it says "Payment Method" the inspector wrote "WAIVED". No where on the property assessment document does it say "waived on the condition the quoted services are completed". I paid the assessment fee out of fear, but this is terrible business practices and should not be allowed. The way Dave treated me was absolutely unprofessional and rude, not to mention completely unfair. I strongly recommend comparing prices and services, you'll quickly realize, as I did, that what they offer is way over priced. read more

I am giving them one star as that is the lowest i can give them. I paid $270+ for mouse control in my building, They did not catch even a mouse. The price is daylight robbery and the solution to my problem is not there. They promised they would also take care of other bugs such as earwig ant, bee, mouse, rat, etc at no charge which was not taken care off as all they placed in the building were mouse traps. As for their customer service i would say it is good, but in this case i am not hiring them for their customer service i am hiring to solve my problem which they did not even put a dent in my mouse issue. Great service. We've had their seasonal plan for a few years, and have had only positive experiences. All of the people who have come to our home have been very polite and professional. We had to have them in one time between scheduled visits as the ants were VERY persistent. They were able to see us the next day, no problem. Our critter problems are a thing of the past. read more
