Based on my personal experience? On no account ..I REPEAT ...ON NO ACCOUNT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY. The "ceo" a slopping shoulder character called TONY BENSON, ( his personal email is : TONY@TRULYPVC.COM) has absconded all responsibility for customer service and apparently considers his company to be big enough to be beyond the reach of the UK Sale of Goods and Services Act. My having received my small order, which was smashed to pieces due to his warehouse staff utter incompetence and total failure to pack it correctly, I contacted his company sending clear photos and was told I would get a refund. However, the refund I got was minus the cost of VAT AND DELIVERY. I Then reminded them of their obligations stating that I should not be charged for a delivery of totally unusable goods and also as the order had not be supplied " fit for purpose and as described" nor should I have to pay VAT.
To date this character and his ludicrous staff who no doubt are under instruction from him, TO NOT REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FAULT DUE TO THEIR CHOICE OF CARRIER AND THE APPALLING PACKING BY TRULYPVC STAFF, have refused to refund me the cost of delivery and the vat element.
Clearly the attitude is that small orders are irrelevant, and this Tony Benson "ceo"considers it perfectly normal to charge a delivery cost and VAT FOR GOODS FROM HIS COMPANY THAT ARE TOTALLY USELESS DUE TO HIS INABILITY TO CONTROL WAREHOUSE PACKING STAFF.
