What could I say about Trust Lending Group and Leandro. I have had a bad loan with Wells Fargo. It was a variable rate and for years I had called them to help me refinance and give me a fixed rate. I have tried several times to refinance and get that fixed rate with other banks as well. The banks, and different other lenders continuously denied me because of issues in my credit history. When I contacted Leandro, he did not rush to make a decision. He evaluated my situation as a whole with the main purpose being to help me get my loan. Mr. Gonzalez and Ms. Gladys Rodriguez analyzed, and took the time to evaluate my credit history, and problematic delinquent accounts. They sat down and reviewed each account and the potential for me to improve my score. After checking and exploring my options, his team decided that I would not qualify at that time. At that point, they did not give up on me, they gave me a clear and detailed plan of action for me to work aggressively and pay three accounts that were damaging my credit significantly. They gave me a timeline and a strategy. It took me several months to work on the plan, I paid the specific accounts that they had targeted. My credit improved and after six months we sat down again. This time they were able to explore different avenues for me to get a loan. This time I was successful and I was approved for a loan to refinance. Leandro worked hard to shop around and get me the best rate possible in the market. I am convinced that he and Gladys went out of their ways to get me the rate and the conditions I got. I felt not only supported but humbled. I am a single dad, a teacher and I needed this stability in my rate. With this new loan I am paying less than my previous variable loan and I have the peace of mind to know that not only did I get the best rate possible, stability in my finances but also I got an excellent packet. When I sat down to sign the final documents with the title compnay, the processor of the title company noticed my packet and my rate and told me that having that rate and my packet was not very common given my credit score. This confirmed that Leandro and his team are of course a company and they have a business to run, however they also see and work hard to help the individual sitting in front of them and for that I am deeply grateful. I am grateful not only for my rate, or for my packet, I am grateful for the trust and the truthfulness in their dealing. For me this is the best review possible. I saw their reverse mortgage commercial in News Cafe and the moment I called I scheduled an office visit. From the moment I made it to their office they were very attentive and friendly! The receptionist, Astrit, was extremely welcoming! Esperanza was also a very friendly face who welcomed me every time I had to visit the office. My loan officer Luis Salazar did a magnificent job with my reverse mortgage process and was able to rid my mortgage payments of $1965 and a Pace loan that lowered my property taxes by over $2500! I highly recommend this company for those looking into reverse mortgages or any transaction associated with your property! I made sure I got everyone's name in the front office as they always greeted me with my name after the first visit! I was highly impressed with the customer service!
