Because of autopay, more than once I have had OTHER insurance agencies not informing me of increases hoping I would not notice. I had some idea and knowledge on the topic, but ultimately didn't know what I really needed. What I was looking for was an expert that would provide me the options that were in my best interest, and that is exactly what I got. His friendly demeanor made it easy for him to learn about me as a person and my needs. Mitch was easy to get ahold of, cutting out time in the middle of his work day for multiple 20 minute calls fielding my inquiries.
