We have light carpet that is about 14 years old. We are moving and it is so gross our realtor said we had to get new carpet. We really didn't want to replace it so we thought we would try cleaning it really well. I've had Stanley Steamer clean the carpets as well as Puroclean, and I have my own steam vac, and it looks ok when it's done but not great. There are always those few grey areas that don't come up and we have paint splotches from self painting the walls, gum from the kids, and glitter glue, other bright red spots etc. We have 5 kids so it takes a beating. I decided to try Trusteam based on reviews. I'm so glad I did!!! They are NOTHING like the other carpet cleaning experiences I've had. My carpet looks new. Dan is the owner and he cleaned the carpet himself. He called after I scheduled the appointment on line and ran me through the process so I would know what to expect. He uses a little different system and it is unbelievable how well it worked. He left a few hours ago and I can't get over all the stuff he got out of my carpet. I can't see even one spot left. It was the best money I ever spent. Plus he is super nice, worked so hard he was totally sweating, and the type of small business guy that is working his tail off for his business. It was a fantastic experience and at a great price (I priced out Stanley Steamer and it was the same...but for a way better job). Thanks Dan for saving me $5,000 on new carpet. read more

What a great first time experience! From quote to completion, along with a touch up, I can't imagine it going any better. We had the entire top floor of the church done with a blend of their restoration process with a rotating brush (plus other processes), and also areas with just steam. Daniel explained the entire process without any pressure. Carpet came out great, thanks to Daniel and Cam. Stains (grape juice, coffee, food, unidentifiable misc. other gunk, etc) came out great. Had one stain that re-surfaced (or got missed on the pre-treat while doing that much area in 5 hours) and Daniel was quick to address that in a return trip. Only issue we had was our carpet wanted to bubble up in areas (that we assume were missed when installer glued down or the surface delaminated) and Daniel went out of his way to pick up some materials and came back to help us get those areas glued back down. I'm a believer and will continue to use them for both commercial and residential needs. These folks know their business! read more

I called a handful of carpet cleaners and selected TruSteam based on how they didn't just tell me the charge per room like other cleaners but what options they provided for moving furniture (very reasonable) and other services. Dan arrived at the scheduled time and after a walk-through to see the areas to clean he got down to business. He put in protectors so the stair railing post wouldn't be damaged by the hoses rubbing and a cover for the door opening so that the cold outdoor air was blocked. We had a large area to clean and he worked hard without stopping for the scheduled three hours and finished on time. He provided some tips on carpet care based on our carpet type. To be honest, they may not be the cheapest out there but when we have our carpets cleaned again in the spring, I won't call anyone else because they did a great job and provided superior service. read more
