DANGER. Never use this company. Full Stop. They are dishonest, and threaten the customers they have cheated. They seemed lovely at first, and, after discussions by phone and email, I paid this company to put up posters in the SW3 area of London. The pictures they sent to me afterwards showed posters put up in SW16, in SW5, and E11 (you can tell from the buildings in the background) - none in the agreed area. When I pointed this out, and asked for my money back, I was first accused of defamation, and after I didn't back down, I received threatening phone calls from Oby, the manager, claiming that he would 'do me in'. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever met. I've found this company online, advertised through gumtree and after checking his reviews; I've decided to send him an email. He replied, and then called me to discuss further. He guaranteed me that he had people to distribute my leaflets the following day. I believed him, made the payment online, and then drove over 90 miles to get to his house to give him the leaflets so that he can start the distribution the next day. The next day, I called him to find out about the progress of the distribution and he got heated with me n the phone. To my disbelief he didn't start doing anything. If I hadn't called, I would not have known that the distribution did not start. I settled for his excuse, and allowed him to do his thing. He never called me, never wrote me or tried to communicate in any form possible. So, I've decided to send him a message to ask about the progress of the distribution and the GPS tracking after 3 days. He called me in a very angry tone on the phone; he made some very racist comments towards me. This guy was a completely different person from the personality I spoke to prior paying my money and giving him my cards. I decided not to ask him any further questions in regards to "the job I paid him (not begged or asked a favor) to do, and wait to see if I will be told anything else from him. Two weeks down the road, I decided to send him an email, since I haven't received any communication or update from him, and got no response after 2 days. So, I sent him a text to check his email and respond, and he replied to the email with a screen shot of GPS tracking, which doesn't give me any information whatsoever to the message I sent in the email. I still have no idea if my cards were distributed, where it has been distributed and if it were all distributed. This company is fake. All of the reviews are fake, and have been done either by the company itself or by people who have been paid to put these reviews online! Also, this man who is the director of the company is the most unprofessional man I've come across. It's just not cool to act like this in business. read more
