Excellent selection. Great products, something for everyone. Interior is clean. Parking lot stinks, go slow and pay attention. Customer service is some of the worst in the industry and chain. The bud tenders come off as super annoyed if you have questions about the products. And seem irritated if you ask for a product they have displayed and advertised but then they find out they're out. I felt the need to apologize when that happened twice in one transaction, but I wasn't the one wasting his time. Anyways, their other locations have better customer service and are better about updating their displays with available product. read more

I went in as I do on a weekly basis. When I walk in to the showroom, I see a man and woman standing in line, and another gentleman being helped at the end of the counter. So I found the nearest available list of product on the counter and went to grab it. The guy behind the counter snatched it away telling me(rudely) the the woman was next. I looked and saw she had a list. I told the guy I wasn't trying to cut just take a quick look. Again, she's next. I said she has one, oh it belongs to him(rudely(gesturing to the gentleman being helped)). Spend an extra 5 bucks and go anywhere else. If you're looking for distillate cartridges this is the place. Too large to update the menu everyday. Helped me a lot to use their Dutchie online service. Less waiting in line; you just go in and pick it up. If you go in Friday morning early there's plenty of people there to assist you w/questions. Sunday morning not so much (understandably).
