When I asked to see someone else she sat me down in the front lobby and got me a cup of coffe and went away with my paperwork and came back with instructions to go home and do my paperwork there. I checked afterward and found only one account. I conclude she simply got rid of me. I was very unhappy with this service and will take my inherited money out the first chance I get. They have been back to my house three times and two of the three are still not functional. I reversed the credit card the first time and Badger Bobs came back and Temporarily fixed the issue. Now that two of the three are not working again, I went to reverse the charge again but the last rude, obnoxious Fidelity rep I talked to stated that Badger Bobs said the item was fixed and she would not help me at all. Fidelity has provided the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. I immediately canceled the credit card and am in the process of moving my account balances to Schwab. I have been with Fidelity for over twenty years, but upon researching I have found that Schwab is the leading money management firm for personal investors.
