Treasure Coast Solar had installed a solar heater for the former owners of my house. I replaced…read morethe roof and had to have the panels removed and reinstalled on the new roof (this one is metal). I received a fair quote from Justin for the work. The roofing company gave me a short window to have the panels removed. I contacted Justin. He had his team respond quickly and they removed the panels and piping quickly. After the roof and new gutters were installed, I again contacted Justin and the team quickly returned and reinstalled everything and it worked great! Justin didn't want the finial payment until I was happy with the work. Throughout the process, Justin communicated clearly, he always beat his estimate of when he or his team respond. Finally, after the equipment had been in for over a month, a small pinhole leak developed in one of the pipes. I contacted Justin, he came out promptly and fixed the issue. He didn't try to isolate the issue to the old pipes (no warranty) or the new pipes (warranty). He just came out and fixed the issue. Which I think shows how he values his customers.

Never ever did they call us back or even come out to our home. Or try to troubleshoot anything. They did not install our solar system however they didn't say at anytime that they would not assist with our issue. Which we are having a CT measurement issue. Enphase even recommended them to us, as they are a supposedly "Gold installer" So this is just our experience, yours may vary. But if i were you, i would pick someone else. They asked for access to our solar equipment and we granted them the access. They did not do anything, as we still to this day have the same issues. So we ourselves revoked it as clearly the company didn't want to be bother with our issues. I feel it's poor service to just not call the customer back after 3-4 attempts. We did inform enphase about it when we had to contact them again about software issues. So hopefully they treat others better. Again, maybe it was just us, that they didn't want to do service for, for some reason, so your experience may be better.

About 20 months ago and prior to moving in, I was tasked with updating the manager's 2BD 2BA…read moreappartment in an upscale beachfront condominium in the Town of Palm Beach (TOPB). Amongst a group of bidders Palm Beach Construction (PBC) was awarded the job to rennovate and update, where financially feasible, the 30 year old appartment that had minor prior work done. Simply put the PBC Team from budgeting, to design, to planning, to execution, to the overall timing, did an outstanding job on the project. The original scope of work was to do new porcelin floors throughout a majority, a modern redesign of an open kitchen, including removal of two walls, with an add-on large island/bar and lots of additional cabinet space, one bathroom complete redo, additional beautiful and code compliant electrical outlets and 3-way dimming lighting, code compliant plumbing line relocations, code compliant HVAC returns, exhaust system upgrades, smoke alarms, new walk-in closest fixtures, and painting. As we got into the project demolition, mold was found in multiple places of the appartment. Long story short, 80% of the drywall had to be replaced and ALL the sources of water intrusion, vapor collection, and mold were mitigated properly. Abel E. and Luis V. were great hands-on supervisors and field generals that not only kept their crews on task, in line, and tidy, but also other contractors that were coming in to do work in the unit. PBC also provided other great recommendations such as, Jaime Plana Architect and Rainbow Blinds & Interior for design work and finishing touches. These all met the highest requirements of the condominium associaition's construction rules, the TOPB building codes, and a beautiful, bright, and open floorplan with modern amenities and professional aesthetic finishes. PBC was not the lowest bidder, nor the highest, but they turned out to be the best return on investment. Their desgin to budget, high end execution, and problem solving abilities, will provide a long lasting, beautiful, and timeless finish that the family will enjoy for many years to come. If you are looking for a great and trustworthy General Contractor for your next remolding job, you should consider Palm Beach Construction as one of your go to options. Demand for good contractors is very high in South Florida. Therefore, plan ahead, beat the crowd, and select someone capable that cares, will get the job done right the first time, will save you money in the longrun, and if ever needed, will stand behind their work. I deal with many owner contractors that come in to clean up someone else's mess. Bigger is not always better and cheap quality is not long lived. Do your homework and choose wisely.
