The house is pretty and is decently preserved. If you are looking to learn more about this areas history, this is a nice way to do it as well as support a local museum. I would encourage the tour guides to research their information a bit more - closet tax is a myth (a really far reaching and long lingering one but it's not a thing!).

There is about one or two of places that one would need to get shopping or business done. Target , Walmart , specialty shops. There is little league fields, construction businesses.
