I like the go-kart area. That's the only reason why we choose to come here. It gets a bit…read morecongested, especially on Saturday, when a lot of young kids come to hang out. I'm glad they have somewhere safe and healthy to hang out. It was a bit overwhelming for me with my two young ones. Not because of the older young kids, but there were so many people. The lines are long, and the majority of the staff is in a lackadaisical haze, like, hello, snap into it and get with it so you can move these people where they need to be. Make announcements about the waiver, have a line for those who need socks, and get people checked in and paid. Like, let's match the energy of the crowd. The bounce house is a nice feature for the kids. There are older kids in there hanging out, but they are not bothersome, nor are they rude. The small kids are running around having a blast anyways. I do love that there's plenty of seating for people watching their kids. The go-kart area is the coolest part, and my son loves it. They were closed for maintenance the last time we went, which was disappointing, but he didn't mind as much as I did. They issue helmets and let them go lap around a few times. It is fun and cute. The staff in the go-kart area is young, so they are laid back and will chit-chat, but for the most part, they are great and attentive and ensure safety. The trampoline area is interesting. It goes widthwise, and it is a lot going on, but it is a really good space. My kids enjoy it. I don't ever think we make it to the far end of the area, which is why I say it's an interesting setup. The arcade area is small but has a variety. You can purchase a card and play some games for fun and others for tickets. The birthday party area is upstairs, and it's pretty big. It is a fun place for the kids even if they have a lot going on.

Just now catching the OP Live episode where the guy takes Richland Co. officers on a high speed…read morechase in the orange & blue Slingshot & ends up wrapping it around a tree...I gotta say I was thoroughly impressed by how well the vehicle actually held up in the event of a pretty serious collision! But I was also pretty impressed with how the engine never even shut off & continued to run the entire time, despite being slammed into a tree at an extremely high speed. Now, that being said...I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing! If that's a "good thing"/safe or an indicator of the vehicle's durability & safety, great! But I'm not a mechanic, so I can't make that determination (I'm absolutely NOT qualified to do so). But If that's dangerous & poses a safety risk, no one at the scene of the accident, including the police officers, seemed to be too concerned about it. There was no fire, fuel leakage concerns, or anything like that going on. But based on what I saw, & in my personal/UNQUALIFIED NON-PROFESSIONAL opinion, these vehicles seem to be pretty safe in the event of a collision and/or extreme circumstances/situations. Obviously, don't do stupid things like run from police/take them on a high-speed pursuit in an expensive & RENTED sports utility vehicle, and don't plow them into any stationary objects, especially trees, & ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEATBELT! I'm not 100% sure if the driver in this case was in fact wearing his seatbelt, but I feel like I can make a pretty educated guess that the driver would not have been standing outside of/next to the vehicle when the police caught up & arrived on-scene to the collision. More importantly, the driver WALKED away with not even a scratch on him! He may have been in handcuffs & had some felony charges, but he lived & was able to walk away uninjured withal his life. I can only imagine what these business owners have to put up with, so they should be applauded for maintaining & taking such great care of these vehicles! This entire situation should have never happened, & I'm sure this caused a huge headache for them & a mountain of red tape, which absolutely isn't fair to them. Thank the Lord for insurance & moral & ethical business owners who follow the laws & do what they're supposed to do in these situations! Tess is an exceptional teacher! She was well prepared, providing me with a student binder filled with vocabulary definitions, loom design, step by step written directions from design and planning to fringes and fulling. Her project planning sheet and yardage and sett charts are invaluable! Along with her written support she goes over every step of the process explaining, demonstrating and then allowing the student to finish each step for ingrained muscle memory and practice. Her knowledge and experience is vast and the weaving hacks she passed long to fix any and all mistakes will be cherished and well used in the future! Tess Farley is also extremely knowledgeable about the various looms available and their usefulness for the beginner weaver. I had an older Nilus Leclerc Loom from the 70's and she helped me get it ready to use in my own home. Her husband also makes warping boards, spool racks and raddles so if you need additional supplies for your loom you can purchase them directly from Tess and save on shipping. Tess Farley is an exceptional teacher and I can't thank her enough for providing me with a firm foundation in weaving. Weaving and spinning are a age old craft that shouldn't fall to the wayside. Tess has taught others how to spin and encourage ones self to continue. There are many mediums to spin, from wool, silk, flax to man made materials. It's not just a hobby but a craft that gives back to the spinner and weaver. I was fortunate to meet Tess in Grand Island, Nebraska where she was a member of the Prairie Fibers Weavers & Spinners Guild. With her helping hand I have become a better weaver and spinner.
