    Bingsu!
    Daphne S.

Tsuki has become my FAVORITE place for mango bingsu!! It's so yummy. You get a lot, you can share. The mango is perfect every time. Super creamy and soft. Staff are very kind. Lots of nice indoor seating. They have games. Good place to hang out.

This place is adorable inside! It has some board games you can play while you wait and there is a little stand of beautiful, handmade kimono-fabric items for sale. The bingsu is delicious. My sister and I shared a regular and it was plenty! The toppings were layered nicely on and within the shaved ice and made for the perfect treat on a warm spring day.

Emily + Keiden were amazingly friendly and patient in walking me through the menu. They created the most gorgeous dessert and my kids' eyes were starstruck with the over the top decorated shaved ice. We also got a selection of fish cakes, sweet and savory, which were perfect snacks. Clean modern atmosphere with a selection of games to play while we hang out and eat! Update: we left our wallet there (dropped on the ground) and a kind hearted max-integrity patron turned it in, and the team here worked so hard to find us! They lept it safe for us until we could come back to retrieve it. Thank you for being such good hearted-people Portland!!

I was pleasantly surprised! This is so much more than an ice cream place. It's cold with lots of flavor and not overly sweet. Think of ice cream without the heavy flavors and density. I know that's a little difficult to explain. Very friendly. Very clean. Lots of room. I'm going back and in a sea of ice cream shops that all seem the same, I'd highly recommend stopping here.

Super cute desserts and drinks store! Love the open space and cat graphics all around the shop. They serve Taiyakis and Bingsu of different flavors. We tried the Ube one. The regular size is great to share between three people. The ice cream on top was honestly some of the best ube flavored ice cream I've ever had! Albeit being a tad too sweet. The shaved ice itself was alright, could have been creamier. The other toppings were a bit out of place too but worth it just for the ice cream. Will definitely be back to try their other flavors!

Delicious bingsu--fine creamy flakes, pretty good mango for March, nice portion size. I appreciate that they have 3 sizes of bingsu available. I think it's a little absurd they charge 75 cents for condensed milk when at most places it is included (and those places have comparable prices), though if they are going to charge extra to include it, I'd rather just leave it off. I like the cat themed decor, plus they also have cute Japanese accessories for sale. The only issue is we had to wait for a while to get our bingsu because it's busy, but that can't be helped, it had to be made to order! But it's worth the wait! They also have card games you can play to help you pass the time.

Definitely a cute place to try! They have so many desserts and drinks to try. The matcha ice cream was definitely tasty and the added mango was a cherry on top. The taiyaki worth it since it was warm and crispy.

The half watermelon and half mango shaved ice HIT after a late dinner. The watermelon syrup did taste slightly artificial though but I still loved the freshness of the watermelon and the mango. The interior with all the cats biting into taiyakis was also super cute!

The black cat theming was super cute and I thought the store was well decorated. Bonus points for the super cute cat spoons as well! We had a hard time choosing which flavor to get but they informed us we could do half and half on the fruit flavors! We then decided to get half mango and half strawberry. The bingsoo base itself was delicious but I felt like everything else on it was lacking. There was syrup hidden under the ice and I felt that the syrup was too sweet and artificial tasting. I could do with just the base and fruit next time. The mango was also too tart for me as well.

A cute new cafe offering bingsu and taiyaki in portland! We visited on a Saturday night for dessert. The wait was a bit longer, but it's understandable since they are still new. We ordered a large strawberry and mango bingsu (they allowed split flavors on large fruit only orders) as well as the ozzie redbull (strawberry lychee), and matcha. The bingsu was topped with fresh fruit and the ice itself was delicious. Unfortunately, we found that the bottom of the bowl had way too much syrup and it was too sweet. The ozzie tasted like normal redbull, so there was nothing notable about it. I was not a huge fan of their matcha either, as they seemed to skimp on the matcha and overload on milk. Overall, I have high hopes for this new cafe and will definitely be back to try other bingsu flavors and their taiyaki!

Large Half Mango and Half Ineljomi Bingsu

Went with a group of people. It was a nice and friendly environment on a sunny Sunday afternoon. There were board games that anyone can play, and a very nice Asian asthetic. Staff was friendly and great at letting us know the different options from their menu. The bingsu was delicious and the portions were generous for the price. I felt like I got my money's worth. I will definitely planning on coming again.

A new place to get some bingsu and taiyaki. We only tried the bingsu as we just had lunch before. We ordered a matcha one and a half mango/ strawberry one to share. The regular size is good enough to share. I liked that the fries were fresh and how they went well with the shaved ice. I will have to try the taiyaki next time.

Tsuki is a cute dessert shop with a cat-theme, as shown with their unique cat-shaped spoons and assorted artwork inside. They offer variety of desserts, with their main seller seeming to be their shaved ice. We ordered the large shaved ice, so we got 2 flavors (mango and strawberry). It came topped with plenty of fruit and a scoop of ice cream. For shaved ice, I thought it was pretty good! The staff were friendly! There was a good amount of seating available as well. Definitely check out Tsuki if you're looking for a tasty dessert.

As someone who used to work in an ice cream shop, I have very high standards for what is served to the customer - the scoop sizes we received were noticeably inconsistent when compared to past visits & in my opinion, if a scoop doesn't at least appear to fill the cup, either smaller cups are needed or scoopers should be trained to not have their scoops be so compact. One of the scoops in the double mini we ordered was literally 1/3 the size of the other, cost more than the regular scoop but had less ice cream. The regular scoop was compressed into such a tight, dense ball, it was rolling around my cup like a marble on the drive home. We couldn't help but laugh when we looked in our cups because the portions we had just paid for were comical.
