Decent price. No options for types of pedicure. Just pedicure. Nail polish offered turned out to be really old. After my nails dried, most toes showed clumps. So if you don't want gel, recommend bringing your own. Not the best shaping on the nails. Extremely short massage on feet and calves. If this is the norm, I'll find out when I try another place in a few weeks. The location needs a dee clean. Couple of ceiling spots with cob webs. Vents that have layers of grim. Well, when I first went here I didn't realise that it was going to cost so much! I went in thinking I had seen £24 for long hair cut and wash but actually that was only for a wash and dry, a hair cut with that adds £20! I was pretty sour after spending that much! They did a good job and were very friendly, offering me refreshments but man oh man was I in shock for a day or so. I won't go back because it is overpriced but it was good for what it was.

Muir and Kerr, go the extra mile to make you feel like the most important person for the duration of your visit, from the wonderful head massage whilst you're having your hair washed, to the attention to every detail during your haircut. I have visited both salons now for 5 years and have always walked out the door with a smile on my face and a bounce to my step. My hair could be described as 'demanding' but no matter what I ask for or what colour I want to change to, the result is always wonderful, a gem of a salon which I want to keep to myself but it is too good for that.

First the look of the place, like other city centre shops it seems a bit run down. The Decor can really use some updating. I had a hot wax treatment with Shannon, she is fantastic. I was very happy with this service. They use the Lycon hot wax (no strips) if you request it and it's not painful at all. Shannon is very friendly and very good at what she does. As for nail, the person doing them was very friendly though I didn't feel she was that great. She was just ok. In general they don't seem well setup for nails. If you don't bring your own flip flops you walk around barefoot. There are no large spa sinks for pedicures, they use a small electric foot spa. The foot scrubbing happens as you are sitting in a chair to do this but it's really awkward as you have to life your legs really high. Then you have to somehow climb onto a high massage table for the nail work to take place. When we were done I had to walk barefoot on the now wet floor as I didn't have my flip flops to go wait for my nails to dry. Lots of potential at this place but the setup for nails is just not there. She stays current on hair care products and is able to discuss with all of her customers their needs and wants for personal care. I find her friendly, professional, and courteous. Often I am offered a cup of tea, bottle or water, or other refreshment as I have my hair done, etc. To top it all off, no one I have met can beat the terrific head massage you get with each and every shampoo!
