Thus I was shocked, after lugging in all my clothes and supplies, to find that all of the machines are cash only. When I asked the employee about this, he was rude and dismissive. Obviously I would never just assume that a laundromat takes ApplePay, but since they explicitly advertise in two different places that they do take it, they robbed me of my time and effort. read more

No ventilation when I did my clothes at this facility they smelt gross when I pulled them out of the washer. I dried them and took them to another laundromat with no issues I believe it was the machine. There are no outlets in case you wanted to charge laptop computer phone. Very dirty on the inside and very crammed. Low quality is what I think when I walked into this laundromat. read more

Very clean and not very busy if you go first thing in the morning on a weekday.I've driven past and it looks like their peak times are after 12pm. I really like that you have the option to pay through an app because I never carry cash so that makes it so convenient for me. They have a good amount of washers and dryers, all different sizes. We used the largest of the washers and could fit about 3 full loads in there. We also used the largest dryers and when I say they are big I mean HUGE, I swear you could fit maybe 5 loads in there. The larger machines of course cost more but you can fit more. Love that there is a restaurant and a pantry next door to get some snacks while you wait. Only thing I wished is that their laundry carts could go outside BUT I understand why it doesn't. Will come back for sure. read more

Unfortunately I'm still using a laundry room where I live . We had to come to the laundromat during construction. I had to wash my stuff 3 times and they had no hot water . Over priced washers that don't wash well (even on heavy / hot setting). Dryers don't get very hot and are a minimum of $1.25. The $1.25 gets you 30 minutes (6 minutes per quarter). You can buy additional time for $.25 per 5 minutes. NO HEAT! It was below freezing outside and just above freezing inside. No chairs (just benches attached to the folding tables). No bathroom. I was there early in the morning and it was reasonably clean. 2 stars instead of 1 because I have seen worse. read more

I am new to neighborhood and needed to launder some larger items. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of machine sizes! Especially awesome was the ability to check the lint trap on the dryer~ most laundromats do not have that option. (Note picture attached) Also, there were large, clean folding tables. I do love folding my laundry!! While I was waiting for my stuff to finish, I looked around and found a FAQ sheet that the owner had put out . I really got the sense they cared. This is a great spot to do big loads of laundry! It is not crowded during the week. Safe surroundings. Great mini mart close by. The washers and dryers seem maintained well enough. The Speed Queen app is good but connection can be spotty inside, but usually only needs 30 seconds to refresh. read more

I used the Tuallitan laundromat for the first time tonight. The wash cycles seem fine but I have an issue with the dryers being set at gentle setting as the default. I didn't notice this until I only had five minutes left on my cycles and my clothes were still sopping wet. There are signs telling you to check the temperature but there are so many signs that you ignore what's there because you're overwhelmed with them. Also the signs are posted way up above the rather than being right next to the coin slots where you can actually see them. I think it's a sneaky way to milk your customers for extra quarters. I won't be going back. read more

Went here to exchange some cash for quarters - I normally avoid this if there's a sign posted stating the coin machine is for customers only but there is no sign here. I was chased out of the store and into the parking lot by the owner, yelling at me about how it costs him extra to get quarters from the bank. I apologized and left because it wasn't worth fighting in a parking lot, but I know for a fact that the bank exchanges quarters for free, he was just angry about not getting the extra money. A fair complaint, but I suggest putting up a sign. I also suggest not chasing young girls out of an establishment while yelling about a rule that wasn't made public. read more

I just recently moved into the area and our house didn't have a washer/dryer yet. So, I chose this place since it was the closest to my home. The Yelp reviews were hit or miss, but I needed somewhere to clean my clothes. I came around 7:30am on a Saturday. There was only one other person, so it was nice and quiet. The place was clean, but I believe from the owner's prior responses were that the cleaning crew comes in after hours. I did notice some dust bunnies behind some machines and notice a little mold build up in the soap compartments, but I've seen much worse! This laundromat looked very clean and much better than others that I've been to. I can see how this place can get out of hand by just one or two (or ten) inconsiderate patrons, but that's what happens in a self-serve laundry establishment. Maybe an additional midday drop-in cleaning can be scheduled during peak days... But, I've only come once so I really don't know what it looks like near closing. I'd give it a 5 star if it had a bathroom and TV. At least a soap dispenser by the available sink to wash your hands after handling all the quarters. read more

I had to do laundry here, so I had to wash my clothes in the washing machine and started it, after washing my clothes, it's almost soaking wet from the washing machine spinning too slow. I had to dry my clothes in the dryer and started it, after drying my clothes, it's almost still damp. That's why those washing machines are spinning too slow. I'd wish they have to get a new Speed Queen Quantum Touch 200 and 440 Gs front-loading washing machine. read more

We don't have a W/D at home so we use laundromats about once a week for years now. Typically we go to Vermont Hills Laundromat and it's fine. This place however is hands down the most filthy facility I have ever been to. The kind of laundromat where if a clean sock falls on the ground it's dirty again. Maybe it was just an off day and people weren't picking up after themselves before we arrived but I will not come back to find out. read more

These idiots actually have a sign that says "Check us out on Yelp". I have been there twice and most patrons don't appear to speaky Engrish, so I don't know what the sign is going to do. The washing machines suck. I'm a grown man doing my own laundry for well over thirty years and these machines don't get my clothing clean. One load I ran twice and still dirty. Before loading your detergent, check to see if the machine will take your quarters and function. Gawd I hate that. Nice utility sink that has poop for water pressure. Bring a urinary catheter hooked to a bag because this place does not have a restroom. I should have given them a single star for this alone. If you go after dark, there are a few dark areas with bushes if you really need to go. Thanks to Yelp I found a better business to take my laundry quarters. :) UPDATE So, I can read and did close the door to add quarters. The other machines functioned fine. The clothing that didn't come clean after two washings had soap on them. I had a bottle of soap spring a leak and soaked an area on a pair of jeans. One would think that soap would wash out of your clothing after two washes. I have never liked front loading, "let's save water" machines as they do not perform well. I do not need an offer of free washes to prove what I already know. Free washes don't magically produce a frigging restroom from the ether either. Odds are, while doing my laundry I will need drain the bladder. My laundry quarters are now spent a couple of blocks away at an establishment that has a restroom and free wifi and older top loading machines that aren't afraid of water. :) read more

I took about 15 loads of laundry here after seeing pictures of the facility on yelp. The pictures of a nice clean laundromat must be really old, because this laundromat is truly disgusting. I've added new pictures that I took that show moldy machines and a generally unclean facility. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained in over a year. I decided my clothes definitely were not going to get clean there, and I also didn't want my young daughter to touch anything. We packed up our laundry and went over to king city. Laundry Matt is locked when says it is open. This is the second issue we have had here. We do laundry here twice a week. Looks like time to find another place to do business. It's 11:00 on a Sunday. I use the Tualatin Laundromat often. It is cleaned and serviced daily. There are no bathrooms in most Laundromats, but Oil can Henry's next door will let me use theirs. The washers are locked during their cycles so I have 25 minutes to run next door to the plaid pantry for snacks or to find a restroom. I like that the doors of this laundry mat automatically lock at 10pm. You can still leave when your done, however nobody else can enter unless a person inside lets them in. It makes me feel safer when doing laundry at night to be locked in. The security cameras are nice. I know from talking to the owner that the work. I would also say the customer service is good. When a machine took my money without actually working I called the managers number and received a check in the mail for the amount the machine had accepted. read more

Wow! I had been very happy using Progress Laundromat over by Washington Square and discovered that the same owners have this laundromat in Tualatin. This one is even better than Progress because it is roomier than that one. This is now my favorite laundromat ever (sorry Progress Laundromat)! The washers wash real good and the dryers dry my clothes fast. It's also clean and the price is reasonable. It seems to be busier than that other one, but that's OK since there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out when it comes time to fold your clothes. They also have the biggest washers I've ever seen here! If you need a place to wash your clothes (or big things like comforters) in Tualatin, this is it! read more

There are a ton of machines and a large choice of sizes. However, this laundromat is filthy. The machines themselves are clean enough but don't drop anything on the floor. It was filthy, covered in lint, used dryer sheets, leaves and dirt. read more
