Today TJ finished his second project for us and did another terrific job. He did our front brick…read moresteps in the spring time and tiled our kitchen and foyer in the winter. He is consistently the best price in town but more importantly he is corteous, friendly, reliable and meticulous. He seems to make a point of over-delivering. He is the best VALUE in town. I would recommend TJ for any masonry or tile job. He had a team of people to support him with our tile job and they worked like a machine. First TJ adds value with input on stone, grout and trim. He arrives as scheduled to a) rip up our multiple layers of old flooring, b) add the appropriate height backerboard to get our tile to the proper height, c) lay tile so we could walk around our kitchen and hallway as he worked, d) grout and e) clean-up. This was no easy assignment - more than 300 sf of tiling with some crazy cuts to our flooring that stretched from our front entry foyer to our hallway and into our kitchen.

A concrete wall had to be removed, then new concrete laid in to match the old driveway. The result was beautiful and a perfect fit! Secondly we had a drainage problem from the downspouts on one side of the house, a potential hazard given today's climate instability. I should of been leery when they began by smashing thru the wall into a closet breaking several glass items ( the son didn't know what was on the other side, nor did he check... They installed the tub with a gap of about an inch along the back wall. The white Harvey window( in a house with all brown windows) he installed, allows the cold air thru the glass, and the outside grout around the window is falling out. The electrician he contracted with used switches that failed within a year or so. The door mantel he installed cracked within 6 months. At the time he was going thru a nasty divorce which may have affected our results... As Joe coached T-Ball at our church (since closed) I've postponed posting a review for a very long time

Both jobs involved a complete gut of the bathrooms and remodel of the kitchens so everything from electrical, plumbing, tiling, woodwork and painting was done. The job included installing cabinets in the bath and kitchen along with tiling floors and walls. Granite countertop was installed. Floors were sanded and polyed. All new lighting fixtures and appliances. So everything from soup to nuts was done. Obviously, we were happy with the first experience so we called upon him again. Our second experience was equally as good...the place looks fantastic! We would absolutely call on him again for any future work.
