Disgusting cleaning! Nothing was cleaned actually. I have paid loads of money and the limescale was all there. The carpet was not deep and professional cleaned. All the dust was under the bed and behind. I wish I could post here my pictures. Please DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM. Do not use them! We had an end of tenancy cleaning booked with the company with a 72 hour guarantee to come back in case the lettings agents do not find the cleaning up to standard. Firstly, they were four hours late on the day of the clean and were completely unresponsive in the meantime when I was trying to get hold of the office. Once the cleaning was carried out and the estate agents pointed out a few things that needed further attention I tried to call them but nobody picked up the phone.. After a day I finally got through only to be told that they are unable to confirm when the cleaners can return to the flat and they will call me back by the end of the day. And that was that, never heard from them again.. Absolute disgrace! read more

Terrible service and company. Have been avoiding my calls and emails asking for a refund because the job they did was so awful. I was charged £280 by my letting agent because they cleaned the carpets so poorly and missed several areas around the house. They say they have a '100% Deposit protection' scheme, but clearly that is a lie. Absolute con artists. read more
