The doctors tend…read moreto rotate pretty frequently - enough so that I've never really had a regular doctor but a string of random practitioners who I am unlikely to see again. This works out pretty well sometimes as it means I can ask whatever embarrassing medical questions I want with no fear of having to face them again in three months time. On the other hand it's also pretty annoying as it means that you have to catch each doctor up with your medical history each time you go. This practice never seems to be running on time with appointments with very long waiting times even when you booked well in advance. My advice is to book one of the first sessions each morning to avoid this. They have a kids play area in the waiting room and plenty of magazines and books for older people to look at. There's also a small television in the corner to keep you entertained. There's about four or five doctors who work here at any given time so they also accept walk-ins without appointments- however except to wait a really, really long time. On site they have a second building, which is equipped for blood tests, injections and x-rays. The staff in this building are really friendly and very good at dealing with people who are scared of having needles. Despite the waiting around, the service here is generally pretty good and because it's so local to me I really cannot complain.

He…read moretreats every patient with respect, rarely runs overtime with his appointments, does his own pathology testing and never appears rushed or keen to get you out the door. One of Dr Factor's special interest areas is mental health, and he is co-located with a psychologist. He also has a number of drop-in sessions during the week, which is great if you are suddenly sick and urgently need to see a GP for a medical certificate or diagnosis.

Otherwise, who is mentally healthy never ever gives 5 stars to this clinic. It is the worst medical centre i have been visit. Doctor Singh has the worst work ethic. I visited there to remove my common warts from my finger and she was so indifferent, rude and insensitive. Also, her attitude was so cheekily. All she thinks to earn as much as money she can. She just took money and not even give treatment. My finger got infected and when i call them, they told me i can go and check with doctor which is free. I went there and what she said, BINGO, MONEY PLEASE. WTF!!! If anyone thinks to go there for any reason, just telling NO WAY, PLEASE GO ANOTHER PLACE WHICH HAS KIND DOCTORS AND GOOD ATTITUDES.

The treatment has helped my self esteem , making me look and feel younger. I was treated by Dr Shobhna Singh. She always makes time for any questions I have. I feel at ease with her. I would highly recommend treatment at Nitai. I am also thinking of getting Fraxel Laser treatment at Nitai. Although I am moving to Sydney, I will be returning to Melbourne for more treatments at Nitai.
