They don't mention that on the deal, of course. -1 for shadiness. I booked a massage for the day after the Route 66 Marathon. Let me tell you, I was looking forward to this massage FOR.EVER. Day after the marathon, my legs were in pain - as predicted. As I followed/limped behind Sierra (the massage therapist), she asked me what was bothering me and I told her I ran a marathon the day before, so my lower body needed the most TLC. The massage itself was really good. I asked for more pressure and she gave it (don't let her small size fool you!!). But! Before I knew it, she told me the massage was over...she got the back of my legs, but she hadn't even TOUCHED the FRONT part of my legs. Now, I'm not a doctor or anything, but I feel like COMMON SENSE will tell you LEGS in general (front AND back - ever hear of quads before!?) are needed to run. I spent the rest of my night profusely apologizing to my poor legs that were still screaming in pain. I will definitely not be back.

After seeing Dr. Nunn my level of pain has greatly reduced. When I first started visiting her I was not able to walk a half mile without having to stop and let my back muscles relax as they'd spasm. After seeing her for a year that pain was gone. I go back regularly for adjustments to keep my spinal health up to snuff. One thing I do like is she is not your run of the mill 'back cracker' if you will. When I go in for an adjustment I rarely hear a bone crack or snap. At the Bixby location, you will get personalized treatment. On the doctor side, Dr Glaser and Crystal will take care of all your needs in a friendly and informative manner. On the physical therapy (PT) side, Taylor and Misty will help you rehab in a 1-on-1 atmosphere. I've never seen a patient leave PT dissatisfied. Unlike other places that throw you on a treadmill for 30 minutes, these guys will stick by you and answer your questions in a straight-forward manner. They make the whole therapy process fun and exciting, just be prepared to talk about food (that's the common convo topic among patients and staff here). And in the middle of the two sides, Beth will take care of all the paperwork and scheduling. This staff is a legendary bunch; you won't find people like this anywhere else. These guys really do care about the patients.
