Looks professional but look can decieve. Left a brand new italian jacket there for them to shorten…read morethe sleves on. I tried the jacket on a the tailor started measuring. I told him that I wanted the sleves about 1 cm shorter and he folded them 2,5 cm and told me it was good. I protested and told him that I didn't want them that short. A jacket for a suit is supposed to end halfway down your tumb when your arms are relexing, not end at the biginning of you hand like a regular jacket. A few days later I picked up the jacket and tried it on. The sleves were as short as he had suggested leaving me with a protest and asking him to redo it again. The tailor started protesting and stated that this was the perfect lenght of the sleves even though I asked for them longer. Have you ever heard the expression "the customer is always right"? It couldn't be more the opposite at this tailor. No matter how much I argued that I wanted the sleves longer he keept on incisting that this was the correct length which he told me was obvious when I was wearing the jacket. After a long argument I left and felt strongly disappointed. A year later I went to another talior and explained what had happened and showed her the jacket. She offered to correct the problem but quickly discovered that the tailor Shamoon had cut the fabric off of the sleves leaving no room for margins. In other words my brand new italian jacket was now destroyed forever. Shamoons tailor is the worst tailor in town, only doing what they themselves thinks are right and not listening to the customer.
