Clearly there is no quality control before shipping out orders or before putting items on the market. So I sent the second one back. Tracking shows the first one arrived to them over 3 weeks ago now; the second one arrived 10 days ago. I have not been refunded for either one. I keep calling to ask and they say 'we apologize for the delay but it should be processed within the next few days'. Are they going to say this until i just give up? Sorry - I will not give up. We take it up there, mind you the tag isn't scanning at all. I just got off a cruise and Uber'ed here to get another piece of luggage. We get up to the counter and they say we don't write on tags. Ok so what does that mean. I just ran in here, grabbed a bag, you think I wrote on the tag? Tag not scanning but this couldn't possibly be a store error, I somehow have magic and walked in, wrote on the tag and got it on the luggage with a tag machine somehow!! And controlled the tag not scanning at all. This place is a joke and so are the managers. At least Giselle should be ashamed of herself. We found this location to be clean, well-stocked, and unfortunately, very warm due to the AC being out. No problem with AC. I was quickly able to find some items that I was looking for in Orlando as well as a Tommy Bahamas linen shirt for 80% off the prices in the fancy shirt boutiques. Great place!!!!
