On the last day of our trip we walked into this restaurant. We chose it due to it's close location to our hotel, and it was a choice based on convenience as opposed to interest. I was quickly surprised. After a full day of tours and sightseeing we were tired and hungry. Upon entering the restaurant the staff greeted us with a friendly and inviting demeanor that immediately helped improve my mood. Although, it's not much to look at from the outside, the inside is clean, and well decorated with modest middle eastern decor. The quality of the meal was nothing short of amazing. The appetizer they served me had the tastiest hummus I've ever had. I ordered a shrimp plate that caught my attention and I can honestly say this was the single best shrimp recipe I've ever had in my life. I would have gladly payed the chef hundreds of dollars for the recipe just so I could recreate it at home. My wife enjoyed her meal just as much as I did. The second time around I went for the salad box filled with all the same stuff, just with the pita bread on the side. Their traditional Lebanese food is delicious and if yo are there you must try the falafel, hummus, chicken, rice and potatoes. They have this thing called the meze where you get 5 dishes for 8 pounds for which you can choose what I recommended. The food is filling and the portions are a good size. If you are there for dinner you can have a few cocktails with your meal and sit there for drinks after. I really likes the meze because you can try a lot of different kinds of food and sharing it with friends.
