We needed help immediately to help with moms property and finances. We were clueless. I contacted a few attorneys but was not satisfied. After seeing their Ad on the billboard, I called and talked to Ben. I was so amazed at how kind and easy he was to talk with. He eventually conferenced with my mom and brother and they were very comfortable talking with him. Mom has Alzheimers and Ben was so patient in explaining things to her. He was never rushed or annoyed, sometimes repeating things a few times. Ben always took our calls and returned our calls when we left messages. He offered different solutions to our issue and explained each in great detail. He completed everything expeditiously and keep us informed every step of the way. I called the office during lunch, and Ben Lowry answered the phone. I ask for Ed Lowry, and he was out of town for a week. I wanted to get this started, and Ben said he could help me. My consultation went well, but I was a little reluctant as he is a young attorney, but wanting to get started I signed off. Let me tell you he was fabulous. He guided me every step of the way, when, and how to do everything timely. All details were handled top notch, and I would recommend him to anyone. He knows the law, and how to see that it is followed, and give you peace of mind that it is done correctly.
