Being from Southern California it is sometimes hard to find a decent & HONEST towing company. I was recently on the Westside/Santa Monica area when all of a sudden my car needed towing. Judging by the reviews, I called Turbo and was promptly greeted using their 24hr number. The best service hands down! This was the first time ever I had experienced a car breakdown and I was super nervous about what I needed to do or how to get help. I looked up on yelp the best reviewed towing places close to me and found this place. I was super anxious when they picked up but the person one the phone (I'm sorry I forgot their name) was able to ease my worry and answer my questions even when I had a nervous shake in my voice. Amazing service! It's never a good day when you have to call a tow truck but Eddy definitely turned the day around. The service was really great from beginning to end. Right when I called they knew exactly where I was and said that they'll be here in about 30-40 mins. To my surprise within 20 I get a call from eddy saying his only 5 mins away. This morning on my way to work I had run over a nail, resulting in a flat. Great tow company!! Needed to get my car towed when it wouldn't turn on in the parking lot at my work. I had never got a tow before but Turbo Towing's customer service was absolutely stellar. They helped me easily understand the process of getting my car towed and really helped me understand what was happening. One of their drivers Darby showed up shortly after I called, took no time at all to get to me! He helped me figure out what was going on with my car and offered to tow it to a shop or my home. Having choices was a nice change instead of a tow company that doesn't really explain anything. Darby was super nice and quickly handled the entire situation. Excellent and fast service! I was closing the bar I worked at in Santa Monica around 3 am, when I discovered that my ignition wouldn't start. Amazing service. Car problems never put me in a good mood but with Turbo Towing the customer service my car problems didn't ruin the day. The gentlemen at Turbo Towing are simply amazing! I left my trunk open while I was shopping / returning the day after Christmas and my battery went totally dead! A good samaritan tried to help by giving me a jump but we couldn't get my car to start. I called the guys at TT and they arrived in a flash. My mechanic had already closed for the evening so, my driver helped me find a safe place to leave my car overnight and he even helped me load my shopping bags into my uber. Turbo towing is the best in Santa Monica, and by far much better than any service I have previously used, including AAA. Darby was very courteous over the phone, giving me a time estimate that, at the time, I thought was fairly quick. Then, the towing technician arrived much earlier than quoted. They also took care to ask me if I needed a flatbed, as I have an all wheel vehicle and cannot be towed by a standard truck. The best part?
