SCAM ALERT! This company is a SCAM. Don't file any evictions with them. They take your $600 and do nothing. It's been weeks and their website will keep saying it's under review. When you call, someone named MELISSA sends you to voicemail, for days. I went to their listed address 142 Broad Street in Elizabeth NJ. I am so happy that I found TurboEvict.com. They have resolved tenancy issues for me 3 times in the last three years. Even though they are an internet based business, there are humans that take care of business behind the scenes and are there for you when you need to talk to a lawyer or paralegal. I have been a landlord for over 30 off and on, sometimes by choice, and sometimes not! I have been a licensed real estate broker for 30 years. Even though you can file a tenant dispute or eviction directly to the New Jersey courts, I would never do so. Let's face it, the law is heavily weighted on the tenant's side, and if you, the landlord does not follow the letter of the law, from start to finish, then you have to start all over. This company does it right, does it economically, and sends the attorney to court, where you meet,(if the eviction gets that far),and they do everything with poise, professionalism and experience to help you to resolve the issues, or if necessary, takes it to the end if you have to lock out the tenant. Absolutely legit! If you want to evict someone in the state of NJ, this is the fast way to do it. The staff is great! Melissa, without a doubt, will be an incredible asset to your issues with tenants. Whether you are trying to get a tenant evicted or having that dead beat tenant pay what is owed to you as a landlord, turbo evict is the way to go! They have great Attorneys without shoveling out thousands to Attorneys! I used them twice with great success and I was out of state. I will be adding them to the lease to let a new tenant know that I do not fool around with horse play or late payments and turbo evict will do the rest from beginning to end! read more

Disclaimer: I haven't used this company's service. And that's for a very good reason. We found this company's website after a desperate search for affordable representation to help us evict a nuisance tenant who was (already) eating up our financial resources. It sounded too good to be true - $599 for everything. We contacted the number on the site and left a message, used the contact form with our inquiry on the site - and no one has returned our call or email. We even contacted the law firm the service allegedly uses. The receptionist there said she had no idea what Turboevict was - and the lawyers at the firm didn't bother returning a phone call either. Remember...it if sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Thankfully, we didn't drop any money on this company. They couldn't return a phone call/email - and funny thing - they say they do more than actual law firms. Not sure who "Melissa" is that the previous reviewer was talking about...? read more
