BEWARE! Kyle is a liar and a scammer! I've been keeping notes regarding dealing with him and he's been absolutely horrible. The service was absolutely horrendous! Kyle is overpriced and not worth the $700 I spent. He never cleared on time. He breached his own contract. He went 7 times in 5 months (claims he went 30). He lies so much. He says he plowed but but when we check the cameras we see he did NOT. Beware of Kyle. Kyle is a liar and a scammer. There most unreliable snow removal contractor ever. He cost me tenants as the amount of snow on property scared prospective tenants away. My unit stayed emoty for months because of him. He Never maintained the driveway in between snow falls. He would say he's coming but doesn't come for days even weeks. Look at his bad reviews. My store owner emailed him to say he isn't plowing and he insulted the owner. He threatens to cancel the contract and keep your money if you complain about his pathetic service. He lost so many clients this year and kept all their money yet has the nerve to text me that he's going bankrupt. It's all a lie. He actually hasn't even filed. He is legally obligated to complete this contracts and everyone can take him to small claims court. There are many situations that happened to show he is a liar. He Fights with everyone. Constant excuses. Truck is always broken. One time he sent photos stating he cleared the driveway but he didn't clear it. Then he tried to blame an "employee" but we know it's HIM. What he promised when I signed the contract was not delivered, and he says he's going to do something but never does it. For example on January 23 he showed fake pictures in the morning saying he cleared the driveway. We checked cameras. He never went. Then he told the tenants he was going to get there for 12:00 p.m. but he didn't come all day. He constantly make excuses. Always a problem with the equipment, and if it's not a problem with the equipment it's the roads are closed, meanwhile other people are getting around. He made an excuse that the roads were closed on January 23 however the staff come from the same area that he comes from and were able to get to work. Kyle would send us photos of a plow he would claim he did that morning, but he DIDN'T PLOW. On Jan 23, my tenants were told he came in the morning only to come and find snow up to their knees. He then tried to cover it up by saying "it's not a big deal, a "new hire" sent photos of the night before to save the drive". My tenants, a well established retail store, ran the cameras and there was no sign of him either night. Then the owner of the establishment contacted him after months of his bullshit to say he's not plowing the snow come and he was incredibly disrespectful to the owner, making up lies that he shoveled 30 times in the last month and a half, but has only sent photos for 7 plows. He comes an average once a week or every 2 weeks. My tenants have had to shovel the driveway many times, even though I'm paying good money for a service that I'm not getting. His lies are not even believable. He claimed he plowed 10 times in the first 3 weeks in December. Upon checking cameras, he came 3 times. On the morning of Jan 23, he sent photos saying he plowed. Upon checking cameras, there was no evidence that he plowed either that day or day before. He lied and made up excuses about his "new hire" not going. He lies and makes up excuses about the equipment not working. He is not reliable and a liar. He is also very disrespectful, insulted me, said nasty things to me. This season was torture due to dealing with an unprofessional gaslighting snow plow contractor. I will never hire or recommend him to anyone. NEVER PAY UPFRONT. It was nothing but problems with kyle from December 4 until January 28. Not even 2 months for $700. He removed everybody from the WhatsApp group that he started, he never sends the app details that he promised he would send upon signing the contract, this contract says this is the best service possible but it's the WORST service possible. He is not reliable. He is a terrible snowplow contractor. We had so much patience with him, too much Doesn't maintain driveways in between snow falls. Customers get stuck trying to park Cost me clients because clients saw all the snow and got turned off from the property. Every time I did a showing the clients would comment on the snow Feb 11 cars were getting stuck in driveway. Asked Kyle to go. He gave an excuse that his truck was stuck in a ditch. Said he'd go that afternoon. 5 days went by and he didnt plow the driveway. I followed up with him every single day. Always told me he will go that day but never went. Didn't clear driveway from January 28 to February 16 then told me he's filed for bankruptcy but he didn't. He is a liar and a scammer. read more

Just like every other scammer company they are pretending that they are legit and that they provide services. If this was true then there wouldn't be so many complaints and bad reviews regarding this trash company. I paid this company up front and found out that this IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE! Do not hire them for any service. They do not show up, they make excuses and then are extremely offensive when you request your money back. SCAM COMPANY!!!! UPDATE: We've contacted KYLE "the company" several times and still have not received any money back. I'll happily remove this review if Kyle follows through on his word. When we requested a refund, we were promised the return of funds multiple times. Its been over a month and we still have not received any money in return.
