He explained things to us to our understanding better than any of the past servicemen who had ever been here before. We now actually, understand how it works. I let the crew know the other side was open tp get the ditchwitch in. They picked the closest gate. The ditchwitch couldn't make the turn through the gate. After several minutes they gave up and when around the house. They had already pushed the post out. This knocked the gate out of alignment. I talked to Robert to president of Generator Supercenter. He came to look at the gate and said they would take care of it. They scheduled a time to come by for the repair. It was a no show. I called and was told the crew was tied up on another job and would reschedule at another time. I called after waiting 45 minutes and they showed up 30 minutes later. Neither one of the two guys knew a thing about how to fix a fence. They said this is going to take longer than an hour and they needed to install another generator somewhere else. They agreed to come by on Tuesday the next week. I called on Monday to verify and the date was changed to Thursday. I had taken the day off on Tuesday. All I got was the run around. I ended up going to Lowe's and getting the materials and doing it myself. Only took 2 1/2 hours picking everything up to putting my tools away. The install was fine, they just don't show up on the agreed schedule. They show up when they want to.

He had to sub out parts of the jobs after the agreed on price and passed on the cost to me. When I disagreed with him about this he threatened to walk away from the project. That's correct an authorized Generac dealer threatening their customer! He also disrespected my wife and insulted our home! My wife just wanted to eat it and fire him but we stuck it out. He wasn't done though, the Wifi/App never worked for even 24 hours after the install was complete. After being stood up 3 times to get it resolved he sent someone by and we got it working but wanted to charge me, yes for something that he never got working properly from the start. When I refused he called and told me to never call him again. Not that I trust the liar to ever touch anything of mine again. In closing and would steer clear of this guy and his Generac business!
