Just poorly done from start to finish. The ticketing process is overly cumbersome and slow. The narration does not work on some of the buses. The QR code's on the bus don't work well. The narration itself is poorly done. Some of the stop are very long. Some stops are very poorly identified or have no sign at all. Interval between buses is very long. I do Not recommend. read more

I LOVEd the bike tour through Santa Rita Vinyards, best during harvest season (Fall, Feb- April I believe). Warning though, wear bike shorts if you want a semi comfortable ride. The Cajon del Maipo/Embalse el Yeso tour to see the dam and views of the Andes is NOT worth your whole day. Very basic, limited views of the Andes for such a long day of travel. The saving grace of this trip was my tour guide Daniel Schatz, he was amazing. Very informative, and his English was amazing! He made the trip bearable. Thank you Daniel! Five stars! read more

Would not recommend as first choice for guided tours. The tours are advertised as Spanish and English available, but if your group ends up on a bus of all Spanish speaking tourists, the tour will be mostly in Spanish. The tour guide was very friendly and did provide an English translation as well, but the amount of information we got seemed significantly less that the Spanish version. We understand a little Spanish so could tell certain parts were skipped over in the translation which was disappointing. The large size of the group (40+) made navigating around town very difficult as well. Some tourists would wander off and we'd have to waste time waiting for everyone to get back to the group. Small size tour groups are the way to go. The cost is fairly reasonable and you can usually book a tour same day or the night before if an all day trip, so that's kind of nice. read more

While in Santiago Chile for 8 days, we decided to take some tours and we signed up for 4 tours. The first one was to Concho Y Torres and Stephanie was our tour guide. She is FABULOUS!!! Always caring, smiling and wanting to make sure all of her guests had the best time possible. She also did everything she could to let us know about everything on our tour and some of the others. When we saw her on the last day on the Andes tour, she hugged us and made sure we were taken care of, even though her bus was already full! The second tour was to Valpraraiso & Vina Del Mar, Javier was our tour guide and he was excellent too. He was careful to interact with each guests and explained things in total detail. During the portion of the trip that was in Valpraraiso, he made sure each guests was able to walk on the steep roads and stairs and was careful not to leave anyone behind. The third tour was to Santa Rita vineyard and winery. Carolina was our tour and she was not very good. We could not understand her and she held the microphone so close that it had feedback and we could not understand what she said. She was not very friendly, helpful or considerate of others. She was also on her phone during the tour, sitting in her chair up front and texting, sending emails or on social media - this is just totally wrong! Last tour was to the Andes Mountains and we had Richard on the tour. He was not friendly at all and we had to ask him to speak in English when he was telling us about the tour and the stops that we would have. When we arrived at the mountain area where we were to have lunch, he was no where to be found or help up and another tour guide - Daniel helped us get the appropriate tickers we needed. Daniel was very friendly and helpful, and Richard was not. During one of the stops along the way, we had to stop and put on snow chains on the bus and Richard was outside smoking during that stop instead of helping the driver or attending to the guests. All in all, the tours were pretty good and we were able to see a lot of the country of Chile during our stay. read more
