What makes this more frustrating is that every other employee I've dealt with there has been helpful, respectful, and great with customers. This particular employee, though, consistently comes off as unpleasant and even seems to question regulars rather than just providing good service. I'll still come in because I like the store, but I really hope management addresses this kind of behavior because it stands out compared to the otherwise positive experiences I usually have.

Sunoco should want to remove their name from the location just because of the conditions of the potty room and no one will want a BIG GULP after taking a big gulp, holding one's nose and attempting to wash up (This is literally impossible because the empty soap dispenser is literally hanging from the wall.). I do realize this is not meant to be haute cuisine with top notch service but the growl and hiss from the woman behind the counter was almost enough to chase me back into the filth of the "rest room" to seek comfort. A huge negative for customer service. And, then there are those "hot dogs" rolling along and looking like they were rolling along in 2018 when the first review of this 7-Eleven was written.
