First of all, the check-in takes VERY LONG because there are maximum only two at front desk (most of time just one) so if there is more than one check-in/out, you wait for at least 10 min. Room and bed are very small and most rooms don't have bathtub. No sweetner for coffee. Extrememly slow service at the restaurant any time of the day (especially dinner) and very dark (only candle light) when it's dark outside. Only two servers work most of time even if the restaurant is half full. Beer is not cold. Breakfast is standard (18 Euro). Sunday brunch comes with a few more dishes than regular breakfast but it's around 28 Euro. I don't think it's worth 28 Euro. Last but not the least, the hotel gave the same room to another guest so he just walked into my room. There was no apology from the hotel regarding this incident. Also, I noticed my cup had still residues on the outside of the cup. They didn't replace a dirty cup with a new cup and seems like the housekeeping just washed it in the bathroom?? I found this hotel very unpleasant. Not recommend.

Our company had a four day meeting here, kind of odd at first holding a business's meeting at a…read moreromantic hotel but the meeting rooms are top notch as well as the hotel. Very modern looking, clean hotel. Well appointed and very nicely laid out floor plans and lobby. The staff was extremely friendly and worked hard to meet your needs. They have a great memory and you always feel welcome when seeing any staff. I was blown away at how nice everything was and we all agreed and will hold our next meeting here again in July/August 2016. The included breakfast buffet was enormous with everything you expect. Everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. I am even thinking of coming back personally with my wife to spend a little time to see the lovely city.
