I hired Catherine Pendleton from Turner Hopkins after she assured me she could help me with the situation I was in. As time went by and nothing was being achieved she started moving the goal posts as in, 'well if you had this you would have a better chance', and 'if you could get someone who witnessed this it would help', etc etc. Approximately $10,000 and two years of my time and energy later, she helped me to achieve precisely nothing. My wife and I have been dealing with Turner Hopkins for over 15 years. Most of our work has been handled by one of the partners, Michael Newdick, as well as his legal assistants.
