Max Dean Law recommended I find counsel to sue him for "Medical Battery" rather than malpractice! I finally got tired of trying to find an attorney to take my case regardless of the proof I had with my MRI and X-Rays prior to Doctor James Webb. Also James Webb is not a doctor, he's a radiologist! So my opinion is not to seek medical care from "Dr. James R. Webb & Associates on 71st Street in Tulsa. I personally think he's a "Quack!" P.S. He also plays guitar several times a week in Nashville. In our initial consultation, Brian barely listened to what we were telling him. He preferred to look at maps, etc. I thought he knew what he was doing, so we went forward with him. After quite some time, I emailed him to ask for updates and if we could schedule a court date. His advice was to sit back and wait for the other side to act, so I did. We waited nearly 4 years with only minimal input from Brian other than receiving an invoice for payment. Then, earlier this year, a hearing was set for a summary judgement. Again, I spoke with Brian to give him details for our reply and he kept interrupting me, not listening and becoming frustrated that I was trying to tell him important details. Honestly, my impression was that he is on the autism spectrum and easily overwhelmed so I patiently gave him answers to specific questions that missed the important details of our case. He then notified us that he had to reschedule the hearing because he had a conflict... then nothing until today when he sent a journal entry he intends to send to the opposing council stating the judge ruled against us. We were not kept in the loop for years, he did not present our evidence (that the other side included lies and incorrect deeds in the original filing). When I questioned whether he represented our side, he replied that it wasn't about him....but he didn't answer the question. I feel that he did NOT properly represent us and cost us the judgment due to bad advice/lack of robust representation. I would NOT recommend Brian Huddleston and see that there is another review that is only 3 months old with similar complaints. This is NOT a competent attorney who cares to represent you.
