9 days shipping time for a small car part is absolutely unacceptable in 2017. If I had known that they use Smart Post I would have quickly ran to another online supplier and paid perhaps slightly more for the same part, yet receive the now standard industry-wide 2-3 days shipping. Upgrading to Turner's "faster shipping" option *UPS Ground* (!) at $30 for just a set of spark plugs, computer mouse or any other small item is simply ludicrous! You may have got my business once, but definitely not returning.

Destroyed box of strut assembly.  Found INSIDE the INTACT shipping box.  Translation: Damage was likely caused prior to final shipping.

4/1/2015 Update: A very professional gentleman (manager of sales) called me today in response to my inquiry regarding my parts damaged prior to shipping. He was very understanding of the serious concerns I had and told me about the efforts Turner are undertaking to make things better for their supply chain and inventory levels. For my plight, the manager offered either (1) an immediate replacement, or (2) a reasonable price adjustment on my purchase in hopes that I can fix the damage myself. He assured me the warranty on the product is not affected and that the price adjustment would occur ASAP. While the issues with supply chain, inventory, and customer service still exist, this manager's commendable efforts are the difference between a company that can respect itself and one that files for bankruptcy. 3/31/2015 Originally written: Incompetent and incapable. Don't find out for yourself. Trust all the 1 star reviews. I purchased a set of shocks from this establishment on 3/7, only to find that they're sold out of their inventory. There are many other online stores that are capable of representing their inventory correctly. This is NOT one of them. Turner will sell you stocked out items all day long. I finally receive my parts well more than 3 weeks later. This business will not work with the customer to expedite the shipping in any way either. If you are working on a time sensitive project, go somewhere else. If you are working on any project, go somewhere else. BUT tardiness is not even their worst sin! The WORST thing Turner Motorsports will do is ship you some maimed and damaged trash to add insult to injury (or injury to insult depending on the way you look at it). I found impact damage on my parts so great that thick metal brackets on strut assemblies were bent bad enough to require repair. Just look at the boxes they sent (see images). True trash. It is like these parts were used to scrape the pavement of their warehouse driveway prior to shipment. Note, the outside shipping box was not significantly damaged. And there was one internal box with tape on it. This means that the damaged to the strut assemblies was caused PRIOR to shipping. Thanks to their pathetic online inventory count, deplorable customer service, and immature supply chain logistics, I will be certain to ensure the BMW community in my area does NOT purchase from this establishment from here on out, regardless of their price.

I live in Boston but my Volvo guru here in Newbury recommended Coastal Collision to have some…read morecosmetic work done including installation of front OEM winglets (already paint matched) as part of the S60R's sport kit, repair of a lower trim piece that was a casualty of opening and scraping on a curb and fixing some clips on the front and rear bumper covers. I spoke with Tony on a Friday and he was able to fit me in on a Wednesday of the following week (Memorial Day weekend) and the car was completed early Thursday morning. Tony was extremely knowledgable going over each component and the steps they would take to install/repair while keeping my bottom line in mind. Tony even dissuaded me from respraying the front bumper cover (didn't need it anyway since the winglets would cover the small rock chips and the labor cost to dismantle and reinstall would be high) as well as not going the route of replacing/painting a totally new trim piece. I am ridiculously meticulous with my car and Coastal truly exceeded all my expectations especially on their workmanship, professionalism, communication and overall cost. I expected the job to be a lot more $$ for what they accomplished - the price was lower than the estimate. Tony is a straight shooter and his honesty and transparency is refreshing. I did not have any paint work or blending done but in my mind, I would not hesitate at all to return to Coastal for any of my vehicle's bodywork/painting or custom installation needs. Thank you guys for making my S60R look fantastic!!

I left a message on the weekend and got a call at 8am on Monday to make an appointment. Very responsive and easy to deal with on the phone. We had a brief discussion about my brakes. I told him it was the first brake job I had gotten on this vehicle. It barely had 40k miles. I was expecting brake pads all around. Maybe a few hundred dollars max. When I showed up to pick up my car, they dropped a bill for $1000 dollars in front of me and told me my rear brakes were seized (flat out lie) and that I needed new rotors all the way around. They went ahead and did it without ever calling me. I was furious. I'm 100% certain my rotors were just fine. I just needed new pads and the rotors turned. Then after I left I checked my credit card. They charged me 2 separate times. One for the bill they gave me at $943.23 and then a second charge for $503.23. I was beside myself angry when I left there before even discovering the second charge for over $500 so as you can imagine, my blood pressure was through the roof. Luckily I used a credit card and not a debit card so I can dispute the second charge. I'll never understand why these mechanics pull stuff like this. Why would you do this to a customer? This is flat out theft and stealing money from people. Update 11/26/22 4 days after picking car up from them. I just checked my credit card statement. They credited my account $ 943.23. I was dreading having to go back and forth with them to get this fixed so this was a huge relief.
