This place is pretty popular for its small size, but don't let that fool you. Inside they have quite the variety of snacks and drinks for the road. People staying nearby can get a quick drink or a full tank of gas. Not to mention they have over 20 flavors of soft serve ice cream, and a new updated menu as of spring 2020. You can get burger and fries, pizza, and even fried cheese curds. We got the cheese curds they were not bad actually. Very garlicky and greasy with an interesting batter but they were good. This place also doesn't jack the prices up on food/grocery/drink items because they know they might be your only hope for a few miles. Gas, snacks, Ice cream, laundry, and showers. What more could you ask for? Oh, beer and liquor too. The deli is small, but has some good munchies. Cheese curds, and a breakfast sandwich called the bomber. Maybe not the worlds best Ice cream, but it's close to the house and it makes the kids happy. Had to stop since the sign says it's the "best". Not necessarily the "best" but it was fun to choose a flavor for a soft serve. I was afraid the flavor would be too much but my "banana bread" was subtle which was what I was hoping for. The staff was friendly and the place is clean. Great little stop to find almost anything you need. The ladies are really nice. You might have noticed the sign outside thay says "best icecream in the world". It was this sign that enticed us to visit. The icecream itself was not the best in the world but it was quite tasty. They had many flavors to choose from. I got the malted milk and chocolate but I found that I couldn't taste the malted milk. The icecream was pretty tasty and it was like soft serve. On our way to Hatcher's Pass we saw the ice cream sign, we figured it was a MUST. I'm a huge fan of soft serve but it's difficult to find in a range of flavors, this ice cream is AMAZING (I had vanilla with pralines n cream & butter pecan) and the lady that helped us was super friendly.
