She did a decent job but not enough layering. 2nd time I refreshed her with pics and not so great. 3rd time not even close. 3 strikes she was OUT! A year later, Camille was recommended for color. She said that she'd been doing hair for 30 years. I took pictures of what I wanted and let her do her magic. SOOOO disappointed, she even said that she should she have gone lighter to achieve what I wanted but "she'd do that next time", and still charged me $170!!!! Without a cut! I waited 48 to wash my hair and so much fell out that it clogged the tub drain! An hour later the tub still hadn't drained! and it was draining just fine when I'd washed my hair prior to my appointment. I WILL NEVER GO TO SHAG AGAIN!!!!!!! I'm miserable with my hair as it now is and it'll take a few years to recover.
